The technician did show up on time when they said in a unmarked vehicle White minivan. however the technician did not have booties and he said he would take his shoes off which he did when I showed him everything. I went about my business as he started working when I came back to check he was wearing his shoes upstairs in our bedroom while cleaning the mattress I didn't say anything.after he got done upstairs I heard loud noises coming down the stairs as the machine (which is like a big drum) I guess was too heavy so he dragged it down the stairs each step bang bang for 12 steps. Not to mention a puddle of water that he left on the vinyl plank flooring at the beginning of the stairwell. Maybe he didn't see it. He started on the couches and I had already noticed what he was doing wrong when he started spraying them he was getting over spray everywhere on the flooring our 10×10 area rug and I'm guessing he didn't see the electric controls for each section of couch because those were soaking wet also. Once he got done I just wanted him out of the house he asked me if I was happy I just said yes paid the tech and got them on their way. Overall after everything dried it was very clean and smells good and only took about 3 hours to dry. I did ask for a business card when he was checking me out via credit card he said they did not have one so that, him wearing his shoes in the house after asking him not to or to put on booties, the overspray and the puddle of water is why I gave three stars. He did say if I noticed anything he would come back it was a very polite young gentleman. This is the third company we have used in 6 months as we have a lot of children ages 3 months to 8 years old and continue to look for a reliable company that can clean our upholstery and beddings bi-monthly.

It's the little things like, asking to borrow a step stool from the home owner, leaving debris behind when taking down vents and reinstalled some the vents backwards. And the use of a cleaning machine that leaves you home smelling stink and rinking. Lastly, they dump the dirty stink water in front of my driveway on the way out!

I requested a two room carpet cleaning special and duct cleaning, to clean a couple of spots I have on my carpet from my dogs and child. When the employee arrived he started taking out the equipment to clean the ducts, but I noticed that he never took out the carpet cleaning machine but I figured since it was just him, that he’d come back for it. He came up and started cleaning our ducts, he was able to get the main ones, but could not get to my dryer vent which I was hoping for. When he got to my last vent it seemed like he was wrapping up the job when I asked “are you doing the carpets as well…” he looked puzzled and took out his phone to confirm and told me that it wasn’t on the list of services scheduled for my condo. I was very disappointed because I had moved all the stuff out of my carpeted rooms to allow for cleaning. So informed me that I would have call back and reschedule that service (which could be weeks from now), which I found a little irritating because I initially asked for that service. The employee informed me the scheduler is newer and possibly made a mistake in scheduling. So I paid for the duct cleaning and sent him on his way, but when I got back upstairs I found one of the duct covers sitting on my sink which I now have to reinstall. I wanted to give this company 5 stars because as a veteran, I am proud to support veteran owned businesses, but this was not a great first experience.

Exterior needed repair due to storm, this was taken care of first by a different company. When it came time to finally schedule ServPro to fix interior, Heather from the company explained that in the one month that passed, they "changed their rules for their minimum allowance for work and my estimate (that was done by Stephanie Wood at ServePro) was $200 below their minimum. In the time of this "change" ServPro has no tried to contact me to alert me of these changes, and for this reason they will not be working with us. So, we waited weeks to a month thinking that our work was going to be done, just to be told they cannot take our job because they decided to change the rules. Suspicious, Scammy, and unprofessional. Mitigation team (run by Andrew) was good and prompt, but this other division here at Chesapeake was an absolute disgrace. Shame on this company for leaving a job when you agreed to a certain price and secretly hiking up the price. Wouldn't recommend them due to lack of professionalism. Very disappointed.

My house flooded for nearly 4 hours and servpro did not waste anytime getting the job done. They came out within hours of the incident, seeing as though the flooding happened overnight. Zach and James were on the scene! They work diligently with sucking up all the water and placing the blowers and dehumidifiers in place. Cliff and Aubrey showed up and showed out! They got in and ripped out what needed to be repaired, helped me move things from place to place, made sure they disinfected the floors and cleaned everything up! No fuss no rush! They got in did what they had to do and made it a very nice experience. I would recommend these guys and the company to anyone in the Hampton Roads area! They are the BEST!!!!

Andrew Carp came to my home the day after flooding appeared in my home. He had me initials and sign a tablet that just showed a box . I signed like I would with the mail man . It was made clear by him that it just states he came by to assess the damages. If any one who reads this has experienced this also please contact me .Servpro put my signature and initials on a paper I did not see. This is very unethical , but how do I prove it?

Levi Smith rated it 5/5: Clean wizards are the best. They stripped and waxed our floor. I honestly did not think they would be able to get rid of all the stains and dirt, but they sure did. I would recommend using them if you need a strip and wax for your floor!

Kellie facilitated a great relationship between our staff and the cleaning crew. The price is competitive, and a much better deal than some who low-balled the estimate and then didn't follow through. The communication is better than I've experienced with at least three other cleaning companies. The residents are happier. Apartments sell better. Can't recommend enough.

We love starting the week with a sparkling clean office! Even better, they use all environmentally friendly cleaning products, which is incredibly important to us. Eco Green is able to do much more than weekly cleaning, and takes care of all of our window washing and floor polishing on a quarterly basis as well.

I have a Rottweiler who shed A LOT and it’s been about a month since our last cleaning and the difference still shows! They got up almost all the existing hair hiding in corners and deep cleaned everything they left no stone unturned! They even made sure to clean the walls where it was needed in certain areas of the house! They organized my daughters room and it was extra money well spent. Everything was thorough and everyone was very polite. Extremely trustworthy crew as I run a bussiness and was not even able to be home half the time while they cleaned and nothing was out of place when I returned nor was any doors or closets entered. I appreciated them so much for their honesty and hard work! Anything I asked them to ensure to take care of they did without me having to remind them! I will be using them from now on as I find they also have the most reasonable package prices for large homes!

I live out of town & They kept me updated every step of the way. They texted me pictures of all the work they performed. When I called they fit me in last minute. 5 star customer service- they went above and beyond! Highly. Highly recommend.
