The attention to detail and care they took to clean every inch of my home doesn't compare to any other cleaning service I have ever had. In addition, this past weekend Rozalado came to the rescue and cleaned the home of my sister in law whose 5 month old baby was being discharged after open heart surgery. It was important to us that they came home to a spotless house and didn't have to worry about cleaning, etc. and could focus on the care of their baby. I knew I could depend on Rozalado and they pulled through for us. So we decided to have a deep cleaning performed and contacted CCH. The price was in line with our thoughts (not expensive, not cheap) and the scheduling was easily completed over email. The two arrived about 30 minutes early with a 'heads up' text 20 minutes prior. And they got to work cleaning quickly! We stayed in a guest room out of the way with our dogs where we didn't need their services – and when we came out we were amazed at the difference. Little areas in corners of closets were spotless as well as lighting fixtures, and even the spaces between the washer/dryer and the walls of the utility room! The smell was fresh and not overpowering. A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath place with a dining room, formal living room and breakfast nook took them about 2.5 hours. Incredible. We will certainly be using their services on a regular basis going forward!

Pamela Wedgeworth rated it 1/5: I had this company pre-pandemic and was happy to bring them back after life resumed a new/normal however this year they have tossed out or damaged things in my home. initially I informed them but did not ask for compensation only asked them to be careful. Damages were close to $1000.
Most recently it occurred again and I asked for compensation for a $60.00 item and they refused to pay. They stated the cleaning person said she did not do it so unless I could prove it, they would not pay. Well no one else could have unless my dog did it and that is not possible. Do not use them they are careless and don’t respect your home.
