Kristen Gem rated it 1/5: I hired Molly Maids to do a move out cleaning for my apartment. A move out cleaning with 2 maids cost me $287.00 with a 24 hour cleaning guarantee. You would think that if a cleaning company offers you a guarantee it's because they do such a great job they don't need to come back out. That is not the case. They didn't clean out my cabinets (as agreed upon, didn't mop or clean floors or baseboards, they didn't clean bathtub, or bathtub tiles or shower tile, they tried to clean the toilet, but left behind there were (head) hairs around the bottom of the toilet that were not mine (different color). They sent 2 maids to clean – and it looked as if only one maid cleaned half of my apartment.
They only thing that gives them a one is the guarantee. They have to have it because they don't clean well the first time around and they know it. They came out a second time with a supervisor to observe cleaning and it was better – passed apartment inspection. I moved an hour a way, so in the end I spent over 3 additional hours in travel time to verify a job they should have done right the first time and had to postpone my move out day with the apartment.

I don't buy the 4.8 star rating. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have left a Google review at all, except that I just found a note they left with the receipt that said – Please Review Us! Google.

Advise to Molly Maids – (1) Company – offer a guarantee because you know you offer top notch service and guarantees are used few and far between (2) Maids Team #3, be sure that if you are going to leave a Google Review note that you are confident you are going to get 5 stars.

We had a few inches of water inside our house after all of the flooding that hit Dallas last week, and when we called he was able to get out to us in about an hour and got all the standing water out very quickly. We had called some other places too that didn’t even get back to us. Pricing was very fair, and I would definitely recommend Share Cleaning to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

He stayed until the job was completed and to our satisfaction.
A mishap with one of the window screens occurred while cleaning and Jessie took full responsibility. He is a young business man doing his best to work with integrity and excellence. I will hire him for future window cleaning!

I hired the team to deep clean my mom’s house as a Mother’s Day gift, and they did a phenomenal job! Claudia was extremely responsive, very kind and very easy to work with, and my mom was so happy with the results! I highly recommend this team, I will be using again them again in the future myself!

They found a way to work me in, and turned a trashed house to a new house in no time. Keep in mind the showers were black the over was caked you name it. When they were done it all shined like new. Recently I have hired them to do my personal house on a weekly basis. They are on time every time, pricing is great and the service is top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service of any type.

Our previous vendor that cleans our ducts and hoods made a total mess and even left access pannels OFF after cleaning. We had gone to get bids to replace our system….REPLACE!! Halo found the very simple solution: put the access panel back on! They were quick, HONEST, and even cheerful to work with. First off, the initial Sales deal is great…but then scheduling a team to actually do the work is a nightmare. Then when the team comes to do the work they are as unprofessional as can be. The crew that was sent had 1 individual on their team walking around the restaurant on a telephone call planing to ROB the place during renovation. We caught the video and audio on camera. James (head guy) apologized profusely and scheduled another team. Then they cancelled because they said it was too hot to work. We got AC turned on and then the next team they sent was 1 guy and he said the work was too much for just 1 guy. Absolute nightmare. I cancelled the service. Good luck if you deal with this company and good luck getting a hold of Sarah and having her ask you the right questions. ROBOT
