When I went to them for the first time, I asked them, I want to work in cleaning apartments, and they lied that there are many apartments and they want someone to take care of them, but the reality is completely different. Basically, they did not send even one apartment. It is funny, except that you receive The account is with them for a year, but you have to pay them a salary for four months of this year. It's really exaggerated. I lost more money with them than I earned, and I'm thinking of moving to another company.Seham Alzeghrori

I think the prices are fair, but I am not an expert in that respect. I recently purchased a new house that was very dirty from the previous owner. Deep Clean Kings sold me a "move-in" and "floors" package. The wood floors were way better after the machine cleaning, and the pet smell is mostly gone now. I did have a complaint about the quality of the cleaning in the bathrooms, but the manager came back the following Monday and made it right. I will be setting up monthly cleanings with them.

I just bought a new house and asked for a deep clean. The house is completely empty and in relatively clean condition to start. As you can see in the pictures, the manager first said $300 for 4 hours deep clean. We gave $50 down and then he asked for another $300, because it took about 4.5 hrs.
I did not keep track of time, I assumed the worker would finish the job in 4 hrs considering it was a COMPLETELY EMPTY house. He then charged ~$280 + $50 deposit which I agreed to since I didn't want to argue and would have respected an honest job.

After reviewing the work (images + many more things I didn't have the time to take pics of) it is clear the work was either lazy, not thorough, or rushed. This is surprising considering the house was COMPLETELY EMPTY and took a little over 4 hours to do. I don't understand how this is professional or honest.
I had to use MY OWN EQUIPMENT and clean up on my own to fix everything. I requested $100 back for the dishonest job and having to do my own cleaning despite hiring "professional cleaners" who are called "deep clean kings".

The owner PERSISTED ON NOT giving me any money back, and instead offered my a voucher. This is despite telling him multiple times I did not trust his services anymore and had to clean everything they missed myself. He did not listen to me explaining to him that it would take time out of my day and busy schedule with kids and work, to keep my doors open and allow them to do the job again that they should have done correctly the first time.
I even told him I didn't want any more money or less, just $100 for money they did not earn, but took dishonestly with an incomplete job, my waste of time, and resources.
HE DID NOT ANSWER.

When they didn't show up, I called them only to be hastily dismissed and hung up on without a return call. Would not recommend if you're looking for reliable service.

There were a few items I thought could’ve been cleaned better, one of my toilets still had major mildew stains and the cleaners also somehow unplugged my refrigerator overnight. The next day there was water all over my kitchen floor. Also, they informed me that they would not be able to move my oven to clean underneath, which is understandable, but they failed to even attempt to sweep underneath it, which would not have required much effort. Also, I had no idea someone was coming to my home an hour early to do an inspection, i think that should be communicated to customers before the appointment. So, I would hire them again for a basic cleaning, but probably not again for a deep cleaning.

They also set up my daughter's toys in a cute arrangement, it was a nice added touch. I'd definitely recommend them and plan to use this business again.
Dannan Hodge rated it 1/5: I used Cleaning In Action collective on recommendation from my landlord for a deep clean of my 600 square foot efficiency apartment. They quoted me $300 which I thought was astronomical but I had specific requests such as a wood top counter and corner dusting for pet hair removal. Additionally I wanted to support a female owned co-op.
They did a clean but nothing close to what I had requested and expected for $300. They did clean the stove and the fridge but again, it’s a 600 square foot efficiency. They didn’t remove pots and pans to clean drawers or dust behind the couch and left dog hair on the carpet, did not oil the two side tables and turned and left the heat on for the full week I was gone doubling our normal energy bill to name a few.

Maria was very prompt and professional in responding to my request to speak with her. When I relayed my disappointment and belief that this was not a deep clean nor worth $300 she responds that they performed their normal deep clean. She was straightforward and told me that two people had spent 3 hours, 6 man hours, on my apartment which calculates to $50/person/hour.

They come recommended and are a great organization to support. I would recommend getting at least one other quote and being very specific about your expectations for the fee and negotiating for what you feel is reasonable.
