I wasn't expecting much but 2 days later I can confidently say they did a fantastic job! It was a warm day which helped with the drying process; mostly dry 7 hours in and fully dry at 12 hours.
    I'll definitely be referring them to other pet owners and with the reasonable pricing, I'll be utilizing their services 2x a year so I'm never disgusted again!

The floors were still in bad shape, stairwell was not mopped, dusting just ok, windows were not cleaned, metal blinds were dusted but several were bent. Overall it was disappointing for $325. Not sure we got the "Deep Cleaning" as advertised or paid for. The ladies were very nice but not very thorough IMO. UPDATE!!! Thank you Jose and Michelle for turning this into a 5 Star 🌟 review. Amazing job of standing by your product.

It has been one year now that I was charged and did not receive service. Because they claim that the service was provided I could not receive a refund. I then asked to be removed from their subscription only to review my bank account and find that they have charged me again for a service that I have not received again. No answer at the office number after multiple calls. Left a message no response. Sent an email to notify of the charge. What a shameful business. If they could run it correctly it would be an asset of a business.

I remembered about the appointment 2 hours AFTER it was supposed to start. My partner and I were both at work, so we had left the empty house unlocked. I hadn't received any messages asking for directions or a reconfirmation or something, so I thought they didn't come due to my lack of communication, and I didn't blame them for it. I messaged them asking if they had ANY other time available and apologized for my mistake.

    No need! He messaged me back saying he found the place and was halfway done. He had no problem waiting for me to pay until we got off work and could inspect the carpets. They kept their end of the deal even though I fell through communication-wise.

    I can't speak to the longevity of the clean as we we're moving out but Patrick was super nice, the carpets looked great, and it was less expensive than other companies.

  • Jessica Moreno rated it 5/5: Its always a little weird having someone in your home, walking around, up and down stairs, in and out of rooms, etc, etc… I had my carpets cleaned today and of course I was home alone with my daughter (Husband busy with work) and ill just say what we all think "Am I safe with another man in my home?" Well, if you're using Greeen Planet I will say absolutely! I think this is the third time we've used them and every time their staff is amazing! Today we had Amille. He was extremely professional and respectful. It was such a pleasure to have such a hard working young man know how to keep good eye contact when talking to you, be respectful, give a good handshake… that doesn't happen these days anymore. Treat him well Green Planet. You have a great employee!

He was scheduled for 2 hours and was completed, including cleanup and his equipment put away, in less than an hour and a half. Well done! And the price was fair and equitable for the job. I received a text stating the technician was in route to my house after waiting an hour I called the main line and was told to just leave the door unlocked and the technician would be in contact when the job was done. I anticipated a call prior to him leaving so I could deliver payment and approve the work. No call and my carpets were still dirty and no invoice was left. I would had paid more for certain areas that needed extra time. I paid online (I should not have)
    including a $10 debit/credit fee and called the owner Paul in hopes that he would make it right. He immediately stated yelling at me "you should have been there!" I've had my carpets cleaned before and never had to stay.. I have work. Then he yells " I will just send you to collections!" and hung up…. I already made my payment he didn't even care enough to spend 30 seconds to look into my account and hear my concerns. I called back and was transferred to his VM. I wasted my money and was treated very poorly.. NO NOT USE GREEN PLANET!!

There were cleaning tasks completely missed, others were done poorly, and sanitizing was definitely not happening – there were days their crew was only in our office for 30 minutes. There is no way to clean with quality in that amount of time (company notified via email of decline of quality – no real change after that email). The real kicker came when our office moved. I notified them of our May move in March. I was advised a new quote would be needed, and quoted $160 more for a smaller office, with fewer private offices and bathroom stalls. I advised that we would shop around, as we could not pay more for less space and less service provided – eventually notifying them of our decision to go elsewhere (after they offered to bring rate down to our usual rate for the new office location). We received an invoice after they stated we didn't directly spell out for them, "This is our 30-day notice". Fine, we then stated we needed service for the last month. They all of a sudden couldn't find a crew to do the services on opposite days of our newly hired cleaning crew. They obviously didn't want to provide the last month of service. Ultimately, our manager decided he didn't want them back period, after their display of customer service – and paid the last month without any services rendered. We now have an amazing cleaning crew – a small business that appreciates their new customer and provides excellent cleaning services!! Reach out to me if you'd like their info 🙂
