We’ve had buildup in our master bathroom shower that I have scrubbed and scrubbed and not been able to remove. It actually sparkles now. I still can’t believe it. They cleaned under everything and put everything back very nicely. They also rent equipment and even repairs. Staff was knowledgeable about the products, had great recommendations, able to find what she doesn't know and then informs you so you are better equipped to have a successful business. This is what a contractor/supplier relationship should be for mutual success. They act like they have a vested interest in the success of thier customer. Because they do!

I had to take 7-10 days off to quarantine and wait for my results to come back. Before you know it my job had been taken from me and given to someone else. Most companies pay for their employees' sick time to ensure the safety of others. But not me. I was let go. With no regard for my health and my job security. Since then things have been super hard and being jobless during the pandemic is hard. I am now homeless and living on the streets. May god bless this company.

Doral Larson rated it 5/5: I had a micro burst send a tree through my homes sliding glass doors and patio glass table. Glass everywhere! They came out and cleaned up the glass from 3 rooms and furniture along with the tree removed and branches. Cleaned up the patio carped as well and boarded up the sliding glass door. I would call them again as their work was excellent!!

They answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and walked me through the details of the process so that I could understand what was required from me, from them, and from my apartment maintenance. I got an estimate returned in one day. They didn't hide anything and were really transparent in their estimating and how they were working while on site. I'd definitely trust them if another flood emergency pops up!

When I called in and spoke with the manager Sharon she was able to put my mind at ease and got to work right away getting a crew sent to my home, ON A SUNDAY! They were there much quicker than I anticipated and got the equipment up and running. Their professionals on the ground were extremely kind and helpful and even had me laughing in the midst of a stressful situation. I will recommend this Servpro and their services to everyone I know!
Sharon Oehlerking rated it 5/5: What a great crew, So prompt and professional . We had a water pipe burst in the middle of the night ,husband woke up to walking in water . Called Servpro at about 4:30 am and YES someone answered the phone. She said she would let me know in about a half an hour when her crew would be here. Jason and his crew were here promptly with 25 fans a 3 dehydrators. We highly recommend Servpro and their employees. Again Jason Shaw was The Best! Ted & Sharon Oehlerking
