The office lady that worked with me didn't give up when my adjuster didn't want to pay for some items. In the end everything was approved. They were nice and professional. I had a water damage which they took care of, and then I also used them for the repairs of my house which I didn't know they could also do. They brought in an entirely new reconstruction team, and they were great to work with. The manager knew exactly what I needed and even found the right color of wood for the floor I wanted. The same administrator that started with me worked with me through the entire project and kept me in the loop. They have a great system to keep you up to date with what's happening and letting you know what your insurance is saying they will and won't cover. The process for me was lengthy because my house needed new carpets and wall repair, but I'm glad I went with this office. They've got to be the best Servpro in Dallas. I'm thankful they walked me through a difficult process and now my house is back together and looks great.

It was very cold inside my house because the electricity was out. The technicians got the work done and explained everything they were doing. They completed our job start to finish with no complaints. They worked with my insurance adjuster every step of the way! Thank you Servpro!! We finally get to move back into our home!

House contained asbestos which had to be removed. Contacted Servpro of N Irving to complete rebuild on 7/2/21. Received estmate 7/22/21. No work started & many phone calls later a new inspection completed 12/2/21. Finally received new estimate 4/11/22. Discussed estimate with Taylor 4/15/22. She was to revise estimate but wanted us go ahead & sign the contract . The contract showed the unrevised dollar amount. RED FLAGS – VERY UNETHICAL. Taylor never contacted me again or submitted the revised estimate. My last contact with them was 7/6/22. Very unresponsive, most phone calls not returned. They had more than a year to complete the work & did nothing. If they didn't want the work they should have said so. I changed companies & the work is being done now. In reading response below I can provide dated details of attempted contacts & conversations.

A 10,000 sq ft home isn't going to clean itself and I know I'm not going to clean it!

They told me they will clean the countertops in the kitchen and vacuum, and I thought that was just a general cleaning that even I could do myself. But I decide to give them a chance…not recommend. I’m writing this review because I think it’s very expensive and I wanna let other people know that is not worth it.

I took a few bottom up shirts to get dry cleaned and they were stretched out. I specially told the guy I wanted dry cleaning so I’m not sure what they did but all my shirts look like they were wore by someone twice my size before giving them back to me. I like to wear fitted shirts and now they look like tarps when I put them on. I would really mind if it had been one or 2 shirts but it was all of them and the best ones I had. I’m extremely upset to say the least.

They call me at 9:30am to tell me the cleaner is at the condo. Am a Realtor. I made it clear that I do not live at the condo and that I have to meet them there. The woman that called me was so rude, I couldn't believe it. She was not apologetic for their mistake, basically told me to f off. Like RIP customer service. Crazy how people treat others with no shame.

The ladies who came into our house did an amazing job – they were thorough in getting dirt out from under our feet (literally) as well as around furniture, such as couch cushions—recognizing how important it can be when you have pets as well!! These ladies understand what good customer service entails because not only did we enjoy having them over, but we also felt great knowing that everything would turn out perfectly. Thank you again!!!

Jorge Vera rated it 5/5: I was already asleep when my mom woke me up and told me she heard a loud noise inside the house, I went to the garage, and my car was on fire. She called 911, and the firefighters came 15 min after, but most of the house got burned, and the roof fell. SERVPRO of Southwest Irving came within 30 min, and it didn't matter; it was almost 11 pm. They assured me they would secure the space until their workers came the next day. They had to wait until 3 am after the firefighter's inspection to board up the garage, and in the morning, they were there by 9 am. They were comprehensive and very empathic.

A tenant moved out and trashed the property, leaving us with a house full of junk, a fridge and pantry full of rotten and spoiled food, dirty dishes, trash everywhere, and the worst roach infestation I have ever seen. It was so disgusting! The team at Servpro jumped in quickly and spend three hard days mucking out the house, and when they left, the place was spotless. At one point, they had to call in their hazmat specialist to remediate a particular area, and it was included in the price. It took an overflowing construction dumpster to clear out the house, that's how much junk these tenants left us with.
The Servpro staff were friendly and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day and stayed until the job was complete.
They were not the cheapest place we called, but by far they have the best and most complete service. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

They also did the reconstruction work for us and the room ended up looking even better than what it was before. They went the extra mile for us too by helping us deal with our insurance company for all the paperwork and payments. Highly recommended!!
