Then let this person tell lies and he believes her and he fires the manager. They do not go by their employee handbook, so why have one. Two sisters and their mom all work together at the same site and the sister/daughter was their supervisor. They all 3 ganged up on me and my boss never said a word to them. He has never ask me not one question. He has only listed to what they had to say. He didn't ask no one at the hospital how hard I worked. I feel I was discriminated against.
