As time goes by their "intensive cleans" get a little less intensive; but adequate for my needs. My biggest beef is not knowing when they will come. Their convenient app tells you on the day of your cleaning what your two-hour window is …. but it changes. Today my cleaners were scheduled to arrive between 130 and 330 …. then it was 230 to 330 … then it was 330 to 430 …. then it was 430 to 545. At 415 I lost it, called the company to see if I just needed to reschedule. THEY WERE CLOSED. The business is open 7:30 to 4 pm but their house cleaners are working till what, 6 or 7? No, customer services needs to be available until all their cleanings are done for the day. I did find another number for the owner who I met with first and called that number – it wasn't the owner I was expecting but it was another man who could only tell me what the window was and that "they should be there anytime now …." I was so frustrated. Who wants to wait around all day for their house cleaners?!?

Got the first "deep clean" that is supposed to be an hourly charge but never get a receipt with a total. Then I see on the app $160 so I think fine. Well I'm charged almost $400 today, $150 for my second clean and over $200 for the first clean which they apparently never charged me for. She tells me they don't contact you for payment until you have missed 3 or 4 payments, that's crazy! I told her I never got anything regarding the price of the first clean just saw the app total of $160 and was told that's just the minimum and I should have been notified but didn't, "sorry". Poorly managed and unprofessional. Pricey for the actual work done considering they missed many areas on their specific checklist.

So much more that I won’t list. Very disappointed especially for what we pay. We were told they handle most of the Airbnbs in town, if so, I question how great these look after the cleaning. Update: They asked me to change my honest review.

I called ServPro and told them I needed help with a pre-pest control cleaning. The walls, baseboards, floors and inside cabinets would need to be scrubbed. Since the cabinets were already emptied, there were boxes everywhere that would need to be moved out of the way, along with furniture, to clean adequately. I was told that someone would come out on Monday morning to take a look and get an estimate and they would be able to complete the service by Tuesday evening. On Monday, I received a phone call and was told that they NEVER do services if there are pests on site. I wasn't informed this previously, because they usually do the estimate anyway. But she wouldn't be able to get me an estimate until Wednesday, and then it would take a few days before anyone could come out. Had I known this when I called, I would have called other companies. Complete waste of my time and they flat out lied to me.

At the start of project Alex mapped a plan of action which made the job go smoothly. Very efficient. Good use of packing materials, little waste. Extremely careful with antiques & collectibles. Paid close attention to care of delicate, collectibles & heirlooms.. Nothing broken. Packed boxes that are easy to carry & unload later. Organized. Clearly marked each box & room location. Kept detailed documentation & numbering system which will be most helpful unpacking. Wonderful communication. Kept me aware of any changes. Always asked questions. Never assumed anything. Did not trash items that may not hold importance or significance to the workers, but are to me. Always questioned before trashing.
    Very professional dress, attitudes, communication. Friendly. Even helped me get through some emotional feelings. In the past 2 years, I have lost several immediate family members & my husband of 47 years. I am very ill with chronic lung disease. All of Alex’s staff were attentive to assure I took breaks & was okay.

    This was a massive project. My hope is to never need this service again. But, life happens. If I should, ServPro Norman will be my go to service.

All their crews are professional and always on time . The management team is great at communication and getting crews scheduled and onsite . We had contractors come in right after a clean on a job that was set to open the next day and tracked the floor up. The cleaning crew had already left after completing the final clean. The Management team got them turned around and the issue was resolved before the grand opening the next day.
