My complaint is that when I went to open the master bath window for a breeze the storm window was put back in wrong so it woudn't open. I popped the window out to fix it and couldn't get it in place again so called them to do it for me. They were going to charge me $75.00 for 5 minutes work on something they did wrong to begin with. They finally settled for $20.00. Needless to say do not think I will have them do my windows again.

I'm not saying everyone of their branches are like this could only be 1 I don't know. But I found this in a certain location that's supposed to be cleaned daily. I wanted to see how long it sit there…. well it was more than 5 months and its most likely still there. If I go back to the place then I will check and update.

Our current cleaning person has taken some training on our part; they were apparently new to building cleaning and on a learning curve. The cleaning has improved so currently, I'd give our building maintenance personnel 4 of 5 stars; a few months earlier the rating would've been 3 stars as we were paying more for less cleaning.
