Anahi, Gabriella and Andrea did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They reached on time and got to work immediately. They split up the work and did a spectacular job of making my home super clean and shiny. Really, all my appliances are sparkling clean. They did a thorough job cleaning the bathrooms. One little detail that I really loved was the fact that they cleared out all trash and put in new trash bags. They also did a great job cleaning my plantation shutters that I have throughout my home. Today the team of 3 only cleaned 2b2b (they don't have a staff of 2 anymore). Many times they were doing some light dusting when other places had a lot of dirt to clean up. Had to ask them to redo cleaning after seeing hair and dust in almost all areas (kitchen, living room and bedroom). They used to accept zelle but now only accept credit cards, cash, check. The credit card data is not read by a card or chip reader but by manually entering the details which was uncomfortable to share.

Astrid was awesome! ☺️ She came in with all her equipment and got to work right away. She worked her way from the top floor going down. Our bathroom was so clean after (looked better than when we first came to the house)! She vacuumed and mopped the floors, vacuumed the ceilings for cobwebs, wiped down surfaces and baseboards. Our kitchen looked immaculate and the exterior of our appliances looked squeaky clean. She vacuumed and mopped the stairs as well. She wiped down the window sills and our doors too! There were just hard to reach spots that the vacuum didn’t reach, but all in all, the entire house looks and smells great!

Rila M rated it 1/5: I live in Bay Area and ordered a move out clean, it was supposed to be a deep clean and more. Turned out my husband and I (who's 9 months pregnant) had to spend another few hours to re-clean everything. Cabinets and drawers were still dirty, fridge was not touched at all( apparently a move out clean doesn't clean the fridge, what's the point of calling it a move out then?) we vacuumed an additional three buckets of soil from our one-bedroom apartment! You can image the level of effort they put into cleaning it. In the end, the lady showed me a QR code to give a 5 star review, now I know where all the 5 star comes from.. please AVOID and find another company who actually does a move out clean job when ordered one.

M. Bazzi rated it 1/5: Just bought a house. Prior to move in, the kitchen and family room were undergoing renovation, and so those two rooms were closed off to the rest of the house. I called QC and asked for a very deep deep clean of our empty house. Because I am a germaphobe, I asked that every inch of every surface be cleaned, and was assured they would do so. Again, because a big part of the house was completely closed off, they only had to clean 3 empty bedrooms, 2 empty bathrooms, an empty dining room, and an empty living room. House was professionally cleaned when put up for sale, so it just needed a once over to clean after the open houses.
Maria was very nice, and even scheduled the cleaning to start at 6am to accommodate our move in later that day. Two cleaners arrived on time. I let them in and left to get ready for our move. I returned at about 5pm for the move in. Unfortunately, most of the house they were to clean was untouched. In no way shape or form was this a "deep clean", let alone a standard cleaning. Worst part, I was told the cleaners were here 3.25 hours. Considering how dirty the place still was and the small area of the house that they were responsible for cleaning, there is no way they were here actually cleaning for 3 hours. At best, maybe an hour, considering the number of dirty/untouched areas depicted in the attached pictures. Standard simple things, such as wiping down shelves and a bathroom door were not done. Baseboards left untouched. Mold remaining in the shower grout. Dust on top of trim. I called Maria to let her know, and she did offer to send them back again or to reduce our invoice. Not only did I lose confidence that they would rectify the situation, but considering the cleaners were dishonest in the amount of time they cleaned, I could not allow them back into my home and feel comfortable about it. Additionally, because we had already moved in and our stuff was everywhere, I just couldn't agree to bring them back. Accordingly, I chose the price reduction. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $250 for a no good job and my house was still unclean. While I appreciate Maria's kindness on the phone, I cannot and will not be doing business w QC again. Despite their claims, the crew sent did a horrible job, assuming they did anything at all.

1) I was surprised I had to ask them to put booties on their feet.
2) They missed a lot of dust.
3) What ever they used to clean the painted surfaces was quite abrasive. I suspect they ised Mr. Clean magic eraser pads because I saw bits of them on the kitchen floor. Now my nice painted cabinets and window sills have acratches on them. This is almost worth marking down two stars.

Their website says outer surface or cabinets will be cleaned but I came home to find they were not even wiped forget deep clean. I had to do it myself as I was expecting guests despite having paid for professional services.
The good thing is they were punctual and bathrooms were cleaned well.

swatisikta chand rated it 3/5: Not the best service. They do leave a lot to be desired. Very superficial cleaning with corners not being cleaned despite being a deep clean service order. Their website says outer surface or cabinets will be cleaned but I came home to find they were not even wiped forget deep clean. I had to do it myself as I was expecting guests despite having paid for professional services.
The good thing is they were punctual and bathrooms were cleaned well.
Heidi Alps rated it 1/5: I am horrified at this cleaning company – they are masquerading as a professional service but they are not at all qualified for any cleaning let alone home cleaning. The crew of 2 did not even have a vacuum cleaner with them. They brought in a dirty broom, dirty wash cloths and cheap awful smelling supplies. They did not do any "deep" cleaning – just simply took advantage of a generally presentable home and wiped off their way. I trusted them and left them to the place for 3 hours as we were busy moving in and absolutely nothing was cleaned. See the picture of the oven – they simply lied to my face that they cleaned it. Windows were dirty, bathrooms untouched. I had to pay them off to leave the place. Please do not hire this company. They are a sham.

We have used other outfits before and i like them better. The staff took good instructions and left our house clean and neat every single time. I'd recommend trying them. They are also very responsive to client phone calls which helps when we need to reschedule. Flexibility is a good thing. We like having them come monthly.

Ernie and his team were very detailed and took time to make our beds and fold our blankets on our couch. My wife and I can't stop gushing to each other about how incredible our home feels now! Probably the best house cleaning and maid services in the Bay!
