All my questions were answered (I asked A LOT) and communication was prompt with the contract for monthly cleaning. I just had my first clean and I’m overall really happy with the service – there was one spot on the kitchen floor that was missed but they were meticulous with wiping down the cabinets that have never been done and straightening things all around the house. They used cloth booties on their shoes and were careful with the items I told them were delicate.

The first clean for staff were sent for a first-time deep clean. Then and now I’m so happy to have my whole house clean all at the same time. The lead person that day and every clean since was and remains Isabella. She is pleasant, communicates well with her co-workers, and is a hard-worker. Isabella gets five stars in my book. Rowan has become the person who works regularly here with Isabella. Rowan is eager for feedback, conscientious, and very sweet, and it’s great to see that the girls work well together. Why not a five star review for MaidPro? I think when you start with a new service like this there can be hiccups at the start, a getting to know each other period for is and for them. I haven’t left a five star review for them yet, but I happily continue to use them and isn’t that the true test?

He came out the very next day after our initial call and gave us a quote. Then we made an appointment for later that week that he could come and remove the mold. He was at the house for about 3-4 hours, releasing the cleansing gas into the attic that kills the mold spores, and then scrubbing the mold off our rafters. After that he came by a day later to take an air sampling both inside the attic and outside our home and sent them to a lab for testing. Happy to report that our attic is mold free all in the span of 4-5 days. Fred was very personable and professional, and would work with him again in the future.

We were told by the guy who came out that an estimator would need to come out to give us an estimate. This was 2 months ago!!! Since I have disabilities that mean I cannot bend and exert energy to clean, I needed this and they came through magnificently!! I will be using them each month as finances allow. As it turns out, it was not installed correctly. Luckily I was recently introduced to Derrick and his company Dusty Desert, where he was able to come and stretch it using the industrial power tools that should have been used by the previous company (no wonder they’ve since gone out of business). But I could tell with Dusty Desert from the beginning that it was more than just about the right tools for the job. It was the knowledge and the skill behind the tools; the level of expertise and passion for what he was doing; the attention to detail. And even before and after the appointment, both he and his wife took every step to communicate and make sure that I was happy with the appointment, the pricing, and the results. This is what good business is all about, and I highly recommend them. My carpet in the home looks like brand new again, and I now know that they also offer an array of other services such as tile and grout cleaning, etc. I highly recommend Dusty Desert Services for all your carpet stretching and cleaning needs!
