They split up the work and did a spectacular job of making my home super clean and shiny. Really, all my appliances are sparkling clean. They did a thorough job cleaning the bathrooms. One little detail that I really loved was the fact that they cleared out all trash and put in new trash bags. They also did a great job cleaning my plantation shutters that I have throughout my home. Today the team of 3 only cleaned 2b2b (they don't have a staff of 2 anymore). Many times they were doing some light dusting when other places had a lot of dirt to clean up. Had to ask them to redo cleaning after seeing hair and dust in almost all areas (kitchen, living room and bedroom). They used to accept zelle but now only accept credit cards, cash, check. The credit card data is not read by a card or chip reader but by manually entering the details which was uncomfortable to share.

M. Bazzi rated it 1/5: Just bought a house. Prior to move in, the kitchen and family room were undergoing renovation, and so those two rooms were closed off to the rest of the house. I called QC and asked for a very deep deep clean of our empty house. Because I am a germaphobe, I asked that every inch of every surface be cleaned, and was assured they would do so. Again, because a big part of the house was completely closed off, they only had to clean 3 empty bedrooms, 2 empty bathrooms, an empty dining room, and an empty living room. House was professionally cleaned when put up for sale, so it just needed a once over to clean after the open houses.
Maria was very nice, and even scheduled the cleaning to start at 6am to accommodate our move in later that day. Two cleaners arrived on time. I let them in and left to get ready for our move. I returned at about 5pm for the move in. Unfortunately, most of the house they were to clean was untouched. In no way shape or form was this a "deep clean", let alone a standard cleaning. Worst part, I was told the cleaners were here 3.25 hours. Considering how dirty the place still was and the small area of the house that they were responsible for cleaning, there is no way they were here actually cleaning for 3 hours. At best, maybe an hour, considering the number of dirty/untouched areas depicted in the attached pictures. Standard simple things, such as wiping down shelves and a bathroom door were not done. Baseboards left untouched. Mold remaining in the shower grout. Dust on top of trim. I called Maria to let her know, and she did offer to send them back again or to reduce our invoice. Not only did I lose confidence that they would rectify the situation, but considering the cleaners were dishonest in the amount of time they cleaned, I could not allow them back into my home and feel comfortable about it. Additionally, because we had already moved in and our stuff was everywhere, I just couldn't agree to bring them back. Accordingly, I chose the price reduction. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $250 for a no good job and my house was still unclean. While I appreciate Maria's kindness on the phone, I cannot and will not be doing business w QC again. Despite their claims, the crew sent did a horrible job, assuming they did anything at all.

I don't work and would never work for them but I know enough people that do and what I hear it's awful. Jobs are hard to come by so people don't leave. Soooo Sad.

once contacted told you dont qualify and then offered a lower position with less pay) for a position, however the women said she would try to transfer me to the person who catfished me. I hung up and called back. Again I tried to explain to her that I need to talk to someone else and she ignored me and said she would transfer me to the person again. They wont listen to complaints and instead ignore you.

We asked Anita’s stellar team (Gloria and Erma) to do a deep clean with the add on cost of baseboards. They were punctual and ready to go. They efficiently moved room to room and made sure to return everything in the original position (that’s important to us as we have cleaners before that quickly place things in random places making it hard to find again). They were great at working around me because I work from home taking calls at a desk. After they cleaned our 2bed and 2 bath condo (about 3 hours for the deep clean), a wave of ease came over us. Adrian was a wonderful point of contact at the company providing prompt responses and service. The cleaning that was performed in the store was fantastic and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We worked with Adrian Subia of Anago of the Bay Area who went out of his way at every step of the process to help us deal with a very stressful, complicated and evolving COVID-related situation. Adrian responded to all phone calls and emails immediately, answered all questions thoroughly (anticipating our follow up questions), and ultimately was able to get a crew out to the three buildings in question so that the matter was sorted out less than 24 hours after we contacted them.

You pay 26% of that on top if you make any extra work they charge you 40% just because they own the client which in my case vary stupid. They offer a huge square foot are and charge the lowest price so leaving you stuck, look for different franchise don’t get this on you will regret it.

We were happy with them for the first few months, but one there stopped being consistency as to which crew was coming, everything changed. Specific, basic tasks were regularly missed, such as vacuuming our offices (are you kidding me?!). The final straw was when not only did the floors not get cleaned, but a large, full bag of trash was left on the ground outside of one of our suites, AND THEY FORGOT TO LOCK THE FRONT DOOR of our facility!
We fired them immediately.
Our account manager was nice, but every interaction with management seemed dismissive, and was obvious they didn't care about the issues we were repeatedly having.
