They’ve both been extremely friendly, good with our dog, and go above and beyond to make our house look flawless. Small details like folding the toilet paper, and fluffing the tissues make it feel like you’re at a hotel, rather than your own bathroom!

Plus, they’ve been either on-time, or a few minutes early both times, and give you a heads up when they’re on their way – which is greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Joy of Cleaning for anyone who could use a helping hand keeping their house looking great!

Julie O'Connor rated it 1/5: First time using this service. Staff were personable and thorough. Only concern is hardwood floors had to be physically dried by us after being mopped. I would give them a "4" out of "5" for this reason.
I rated the service BEFORE noticing several areas of concern, other than the issue with our hardwood floors being overly wet, and our having to dry them. Later on 8/9 (date of service), I was in our second bedroom and noticed a mirror had not been wiped down. That got me looking around more closely. I discovered that none of the pictures on the walls in this room had been properly dusted (all tops of frames still dirty), and later discovered the window blind in our kitchen had been damaged, and was sagging, as a result of 2 center draw cords being broken. The following day, I called in the morning, explained the reason for my call, and was assured someone would get back to me. Did not happen. On 8/11, at 8:43a I spoke with Kim, in customer service, explaining that I was still waiting for a call back. Carlos, the franchise owner, called me at 9:25a, and after discussing the wet floor, un-dusted pictures, and broken blinds, he asked for pictures of the blinds, which I promptly sent. He said he would speak with the cleaners, and get back with me. I have never received a callback from him, despite my 5 calls requesting an update. I have now cancelled future service. Their professional brochure is what got me to take their service, but it is a Trojan Horse. Carlos is unprofessional in addressing customers' concerns. Replacing the blind will cost me almost $100 (the 1st visit cost me $150). My complaint to the BBB, and other entities, will be worth my time. BEWARE!

I then found the charge they had taken out for the service was vastly above what was agreed on and explained to me. Stay away! There are much more professional cleaning services out there for a fraction of the cost.

In this case I gave the owner, Roger multiple opportunities to make things right, in which he did not. I had Roger and his company carpet clean a whole house for me. He changed the agreed upon price on me right in the beginning saying it was a bigger job then expected, although this was off-putting I agreed on the higher price. I also gave Roger a 10% tip before he started the job to help a fellow business owner and also to ensure a good job. I visited the house the next day after the carpet was dry and noticed there were various yellow/orange SPOTS. I immediately asked Roger what these spots were and he went into full DEFENSE mode mentioning he has the best equipment and that those are PERMANENT stains and there's nothing he can do about it. Very poor customer service and making sure me, the customer, was happy. After researching these spots I found that these spots can happen with carpet cleaning and it is called "wicking" I was able to get these wicking spots removed at my cost. Its funny because he said they were PERMANENT STAINS which at the end of it, he just told me this so he didn't have to come back to fix and make his customer happy, this saddens me greatly.

There are many reasons why sub-contractors like me don't take accounts, there are good and bad accounts. My experience and relation with this company was good or that's what I thought. When I explained the lady that talked to me (Jodi , I guess is her name) she told me that she believed that because I didn't like their prices then our business relation will not be healthy, really?, I cannot believed what I hear but I was amazed of that particular way of conducting business.

When I was interviewed by upper management what I was told was different than what this person (Jodi) told me.

His response was “well unfortunately in our business that happens sometimes”. I have conservatively $500k worth of assets on my lot and your company just left the door wide open. Zero ownership, didn’t even attempt an apology. What a joke. If you run a legitimate business with any security concerns I would recommend you do business elsewhere.

She got a crew out to us within the hour. I was quite hysterical when I called. She was able calm me down and assured me it will all be taken care of. She is compassionate and has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
Alan, Will, Eric and Gio handled the Mitigation clean up and did an amazing job. They removed all the affected areas and took great care to seal everything off so that dust would not spread throughout the house. They vacuumed up all the mess and left everything super clean. Their level of professionalism represents the company well. Thank you ServePro!

He failed to mention that he is only pricing the mold mitigation. He failed to mention that they have a second department that handles fixing or putting anything back that they break or take out. You wonder why your home owners insurance keeps going up? Its because shady companies like this price gouge and bilk them for as much money as they can possibly get! You want a nightmare? Then these are your guys!

Jennifer Caldwell rated it 5/5: The Cleanology team is like no other. When they clean, the place looks brand new and, most important to me, SMELLS brand new!
We contracted them to clean a six bedroom, two story home that was being occupied by messy, stinky, busy college boys. There were casualties of beer pong and chewing tobacco everywhere. Dirty socks, dirty dishes and garbage thrown everywhere. I was afraid Cleanology would turn me down when they saw the disaster. But they showed up and like machines they went into action cleaning the sticky, smelly kitchen, the two bathrooms-let's not even go there but let's just say it was bad. They cleaned the living rooms, the entry way, all the shared spaces. They hauled out a ton of trash. They finished in RECORD time, I mean, I was shocked how quickly they accomplished so much. The house sparkled and smelled great. The boys came home to a clean slate (only to resume their partying and mess making) but they were extremely happy with the results, we all were. One of the young men suffers from severe allergies and because the Cleanology team uses natural products, he did not experience any issues like he normally would.
Their fee was very reasonable but for the job they did, honestly? I would have paid more. ha ha, hope they don't see that and charge me more next time 🙂
They are like cleaning angels and I wish I had that talent, but since I don't, I'm glad they are a phone call away. Thanks Cleanology!

I will confess that I spot checked some books on our many shelves…I could not find dust anywhere. Even in my office – no dust that I could find. It was amazing.
I had company in town that weekend and we all celebrated the spotless ceiling fans (cause you know Mom always checks that!) Thank you so much for scheduling us in and making the house so welcoming for the family.

The owners came over to check my space and quoted me same day. My office had dust everywhere from the construction and it smelled like drywall mud. In a timely manner they cleaned every corner of my chiropractic office and left it spotless. There's nothing more satisfying that walking into a clean space.
