They started screaming at me from the window. Yes I returned words and a finger. They recorded me. If this is the type of people working for them it is not at all professional and would not want them in my home or work place. Was a woman driving. Male in passenger and young adult in the back.

The supervisor in Stockton was no help either. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

The Serrano’s came in for one very full day to resurrect the house. They removed broken furniture and other trash and they thoroughly cleaned walls, windows, floors, appliances and lavatories. The house was once again fit for habitation. The Serrano’s were dependable and professional. They certainly worked hard and gave me high quality work for good value. Best of all, they have a passion for cleanliness and they are eager to please their customers. I would certainly hire them again!

I also specifically asked not to put any food in moving boxes but they did anyways. They broke my Christmas ornaments and did not attempt to organize anything at all. Then when I called to complain understandably upset they refused to take any responsibility for poor service, blamed me for not “clarifying” that I did not want dirty dishes packed with my children's belongings. The manager on-site even yelled at me over the phone because I was upset, she was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.

I recently experienced a nightmare with this company, my rental property got water sewage blockage in the back of the house, called them for service, signed the contract for $1500, but they called while onsite, stated the water went down into crawl space, it could cost more to clean water and mold underneath as well, after two days when job was done, they sent me an unbelievable bill for almost $9000, I sent a home inspector to check, found no water went into crawl space, and no mold was found, they never went down there, and they also made up 4 people worked two days for 8 hours each day, that was insane!!!! in fact, only 2 people worked about 2-3 hours per day, I can't believe how this company's people did this to me to clean an area of about 250 SF stagnant water outside of the house???? During inquiries with them, they kept threatening if the bill is not paid by xx day, they will send it to collection and credit bureaus to damage my credit, and even will set a lien on my property, it was very stressful and depressed dealing with them. The settlement was cut a portion from the total, I still paid nearly $5000 for such small area stagnant water clean-up outside on the ground, happy money to them for coming Christmas! I am not a happy customer, my advise, think twice if you want to call this company for service, my painful experience should give you an alert.

Keith Goodman and his company were professional. helpful and knowledgeable. They not only took care of the problem, they explained each step of the process along the way. They are licensed by the state of California, their rates were reasonable and they completed their work in a timely manner. At one point Mr.Goodman came by at a weekend to ensure everything was going smoothly. That’s how committed he is to his customers!! If you need restoration services you should make this your number one choice! . Please note there are many 911 Restoration companies as this is a franchise! So make sure you use this one !!

These ladies are professional, efficient, and do a great job! Getting a monthly cleaning is affordable for me and has really reduced the time I spend cleaning so I can do more things I enjoy. Scheduled a cleaning on 4/5/21, but had to cancel due to a last min work engagement. Advised them that I had to postpone. Communicated with Ashley Thomas and she was very responsive and accommodating. Fast forward to 5/15/21, reached out to Ashley to reschedule the cleaning for 5/27/21 at 3:30pm. Ashley, responded quickly saying “ Yes, that works for me. I will put it on my calendar. Please let me know 48hrs in advance to cancel.”

Once 5/27 comes around, cleaners never showed up. I emailed Ashley to see what had happened, and no response. Called the number on the website, no answer. Immediately called again, and a gal answered and stated that I was never even on the schedule for that day or time. She tried to accommodate and say that she could have someone to my house by 7pm that evening. I had to declined because my daughter was graduated that evening at that exact same time. The gal then said “I’m so sorry…we can come out tomorrow morning at 10:00am. Does that work?” I assured her that it did. And, she advised me to text my address and scope of work to the number I had just called. She promptly responded with a text saying “Thank you. We’ll see you tomorrow at 10!” GREAT!!

10am the next day rolls around, and no sight of any cleaners. This time, my husband calls to see where they are…whoever answered the phone this time told my husband “you’re not on the schedule and we have no one available” even after my husband told them that we received a confirmation text the afternoon before.

Obviously, the left hand doesn’t know what the right one is doing. A feeble attempt at trying to rectify their error, but ultimately fell flat at the end. DO NOT HIRE…a waste of time and stress from my life that I can never get back.
