So we decided to have a deep cleaning performed and contacted CCH. The price was in line with our thoughts (not expensive, not cheap) and the scheduling was easily completed over email. The two arrived about 30 minutes early with a 'heads up' text 20 minutes prior. And they got to work cleaning quickly! We stayed in a guest room out of the way with our dogs where we didn't need their services – and when we came out we were amazed at the difference. Little areas in corners of closets were spotless as well as lighting fixtures, and even the spaces between the washer/dryer and the walls of the utility room! The smell was fresh and not overpowering. A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath place with a dining room, formal living room and breakfast nook took them about 2.5 hours. Incredible. We will certainly be using their services on a regular basis going forward!

The faucets had not been properly wiped down (there was still toothpaste on the faucet in the bathroom) and there was dirt in the shower. There was dust on surfaces — bookshelves, the coffee table, etc.

Part of the issue was likely that the cleaner arrived without supplies — our neighbor who let them in noted she arrived empty handed. Part of the reason we booked MyClean service is because the company advertised that cleaners come with their own materials (we'd been traveling and our apartment was not properly stocked).

Wasted my time and was unable to get the service I planned for and needed. Highly unprofessional and disappointing.

Unprofessional and horrible in doing their job. After Covid they don’t have many cleaners now. Very careless and bad attitude they broke my coffee maker by dropping it on the floor. Myclean even decline to address it and refund it.
They will not even do the cleaning that mentioned in the basic checklist. Before Covid they were still fine.

When this was presented to them, they gave us the run around and came back and said they discussed this with the cleaning person and they said they only used soap. I explained that my wife had confirmed this was not the case…and they chose to stop responding or working to remediate the damage done.
