Recently, I had to have some drywall replaced in my bedroom and the repairman were very knowledgeable and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with their work. The office personnel I spoke to was very pleasant and it was easy getting my repairs scheduled. Steffany told me that our regular girl, Linda, could not make it due to a family matter but that she would stop by later to go over their work and make sure everything was done right. Linda did stop in and also left me a nice note. She explained that she is going to follow up on a problem we have had with a shower floor until it is right. We appreciate this follow up.

They understand that it begins with the attitude, expectations and culture that they establish as business owners and keeping clients is easier than getting new clients. I have used a number of services in NW Ohio for decades. They start out very good and it all goes down hill from there. I have used this company for two years at least. Today, Lisa, Jani, and Arielle provided my biweekly service.They did an awesome job! Lisa took time to give extra cleaning of my white kitchen cabinets and it shows. It instantly looked brighter, lively and fresh! She scrubbed my dishwasher and wow! What a difference. My white banisters and stairs were well done looked very super. The 3 bathrooms sparkled. The extra time and attention to detail shows. Like other service companies staffing has been a challenge. But for me hanging in there with the company and having Lisa, Jani, and Arielle as my team is worth it. Great team and great job done!
And on the off chance a concern arises as it did with another team once, Chris the owner returned my call and sent a new team to complete the service the following day. I understand that they may run a bit late but they arrive within the window specified. I know it's inconvenient for planning but if I am getting the service I expect and agreed there is a give and take. They have assigned extra teams when I needed special services on short notice. The second time they told me they would come out some time between 12-1pm. No one ever came. I called the office and left a message and someone called me back around1:45 saying that they wouldn’t be able to come out for another 45 minutes. I told them that it was very unprofessional to be over an hour late and not gone you client the courtesy of at least calling to say you’d be late. My family would be home around 5pm and those of you with kids no that there is no cleaning when the kids are back home. Then when I asked about another date, the office just said they didn’t have anything available. Which leads me to believe they don’t care much about customer service. If my business does not go as planned, I try to offer free services, discounts and anything else that would be pleasing to my customer and keep them coming back. I was already a returning customer and would have continued to come back if I had been treated professionally.

Chipped broken. Missing air tools and a large brass table. She held money hostage for over a month, wouldn't share the numbers from the day. These are not honest people. I have all the pictures my name is posted look me up ill gladly share my experience. On top of all that rhe womens husband Ron gets in my face in my grandfathers house.. i pleed do not call this place.

The kitchen was particularly disgusting as the tenant used it for all trash. Margie has expertise in eviction clean outs, and knew what we needed. They tell them to show up at a location to start working and then someone else sends them home. These people need to get there stuff together. That is why they do not have employees. Because no one apparently knows how to communicate within the office except to agree to fire someone who was jerked around to begin with.

Put in application and was told they were doing a background check, only to call back and have the the receptionist that was rude and then she says she doesn’t even remember telling me or doing a background check. I’ve called several times which was weird she doesn’t remember, instead of saying they aren’t interested which I’d rather have appreciated and respected they play childish games. Stay away.. never experienced such an environment. Just terrible

I've had the opportunity to see her work with employees to coach and develop them into better employees who will give their best to this location. I thought it would be easy to clean! having the eye for details is what makes it easy to clean & having the support of your boss to supply you with what u need & how to do it. Pure cleaning is the perfect name for her business. While walking into a dusty/dirty house & having the pure cleaning team come is like a breath of fresh air because we don't cut corners we clean them. Lastly seeing the smile on a clients face is rewarding! Shout out to Pure cleaning we out here getting it done. Thank u Kim you are the best Boss/Mentor ever!
