Their team members communicate well, arrive promptly, are thorough, and strive to ensure we are happy with every cleaning. I am probably forgetting a few names, but we have been delighted with their team members including Cassie, Raven, Ashley, Sam, Virginia, and Tammy. May and Misa are also very responsive and organized, and care about their clients. At our initial cleaning we were thrilled that they were able to completely clean the deposits/stains from the shower basin in our master bath that we thought was a lost cause! Our regular cleanings every other week leave our house looking, feeling, and smelling clean and fresh. Overall we have been very happy with the service.

And in the bathroom they take extra time to fold the towels in various attractive ways. They even arrange the bottles of shampoos and conditioners that we keep on the floor in the master shower nicely. I was very pleased with their work. The cost was reasonable. An unexpected part of the service was the cleaners noted anything in the home that needed attention. Such as a garbage disposal not working, toilet not flushing properly, and light bulbs that needed replacement. I appreciated being made aware of the problems. I will definitely use One Click again.

Karen M. rated it 5/5: Outstanding job on my home by CCR! During heavy rains we had a nagging problem of water seeping in beneath the baseboard of a ground-level external wall. CCR opened up the wall and subjected it to repeated water testing until they pinpointed where the water was coming in. They sealed the source of the leak (and retested to make sure), and then proceeded to do meticulous work to restore the internal and external walls to their original condition. The restoration was perfection. Throughout the job everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

The supervisor that was assigned the area accused me of stealing company property but she told me and another coworker to go look in the parking lot we didn't see it and told her that while we were on the phone with her. In my opinion if you have that title as a supervisor or manager you don't go around accusing your employees of something that you've done wrong lost or something like that. Her name is Anna. Communication with the whole company is not good at all. I just came from the office to inform them about the incident. I wouldn't go back to the company unless all management gets retrained and re-evaluated for the position that they have to see if they are capable of doing that position or not.

No communication whatsoever and they are constantly trying to forward you to another person because they do not even know how to do their own job. They shouldn't even operate any more! Their HR department is a joke so I don't know how anything gets done. If you think about getting a job or services here I suppose you look elsewhere. It will take you close to a month to get your last paycheck if you decided to leave. Very unprofessional, the worst I have even seen in my life!!

I've seen them only on occasion but it is always very obvious the next day that Jan-Pro of Tucson was here in the office the night before. They come after hours so as not to disrupt the normal business activities of our busy office. I am writing this in light of the fact that I have never appreciated Jan-Pro as much as I do right now. I was in the office a little beyond quitting time yesterday and through the glass partitions I watched as the Jan-Pro Customer Care member diligently sprayed, wiped, cleaned everything! I already knew they did a great job. As a result of the current state of this pandemic, every morning, preparing for the day, I also spray, wipe and disinfect our office. The first thing I noticed was the white cloth I was using stayed clean. I was so impressed I shared this information with the staff as they arrived for the day. I continued to wipe and clean everything… counters, desk, chairs, door jambs, cabinet fronts, handles, conference room tables, phones, keyboards, all surfaces… the more I cleaned, the more impressed I became. Jan-Pro of Tucson, I feel you really take good care of your customers. Thank you for keeping us so clean… especially now. Its greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work!!! Your customers notice.

The only reason I quit because I was receiving to many phone calls and text about my schedule im not a child I dont need a reminder im always on time n show up when I have to. I

They have done everything from general cleaning to floor maintenance to windows and construction clean up, they do it all! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Janitor for all of your cleaning needs.
Fish rated it 2/5: Mr Janitor is not necessarily a bad company to work for, however, it does have it's issues. I happily served this company as my secondary income for a year but my biggest issue has an issue with being paid along with rather immature supervisors and the way they handle issues on the work site. I had to quit not long ago because I had an issue with getting paid due to accepting a new primary job and to this day, they are still holding my last check hostage with no plans to either mail it or deliver to me. If this persist into getting my W-2 next year come tax season, I'll just let the IRS handle it with them perhaps. I understand why they do this but come on, this is the year 2019. At least get direct deposit if there is an issue with the mail. Do keep this into mind when working with this company and don't let their supervisors scare you.
Essie rated it 1/5: This company does not do direct deposit or mail checks and apparently they will not mail tax forms either. My husband worked here for a while and we may be moving out of state soon. Every time he had to drive over to the company to pick up his paychecks.
When asked if they would be able to mail the W-2s for taxes they responded no. You expect us to drive/fly all the way over just to get the tax forms?? What kind of company are you? Can't spare a few cents for a stamp?? Every other legitimate company I know will mail those forms and I believe it is a requirement by law. So if he does not receive those forms come tax time this company can expect us to notify the IRS about it.

They didn’t show up and when I called they said they were just too backed up and they wouldn’t be able to make it. No call, no offer to reschedule….nothing. I won’t be calling them again.

Vanguard has been our cleaning company since July of 2014 and they have done a great job maintaining our office . Always keeping it presentable to host our clients.
