The carpet looked good and so did most of the furniture. After it dried, I saw areas that were missed. It seemed liked they worked very quickly which gave me concerns. I believe if they worked a little slower things would have been perfect. I know they were on a timed schedule, but going so fast left some uncleaned areas on my chair and sofas head areas. Otherwise my furniture looked good.

Yasmine Reis rated it 1/5: run AWAY from this company. We hired them last year to complete a deep clean of our home after not having a cleaning service throughout the pandemic. We maintained our home, but it definitely had lots of work to do. They charged $1200, which for our 4bed/4bath house was a bit steep but after the reviews we saw on google we thought it would be worth it. They sent 3 people to our home to do all three floors (finished basement included). They did not step in to the basement, at all. They did not even open the door to go down there. In addition, other than vacuuming and a light swipe of surfaces, they did nothing. They then "discounted" the price to $600. To do nothing.
They were to wipe baseboards, they were obviously never touched. They were to clean windows, there were clear prints on nearly every window. They did nothing that was supposedly included in this "deep clean"
I did include a cleaning of the oven and microwave, which they did a fine job with, but other than the upsell and a basic wipe down, there was nothing done. I don't know what they did in the house for that long other than maybe pet my dogs.
We had to hire different company to do an actual deep clean a few weeks later, who we then hired on as our permanent cleaning company and have loved every cleaning of.

Please take your business elsewhere and run far away from this one.

The disappointing part of the experience was with the office staff. I contacted Chem Dry online and received a phone call several days later. The woman who called sounded like she had just been hired but had not been trained. We agreed to a date and time for the work and I was told she would send a confirmation email and I would get a reminder notice 24 hrs before the appointment. I received neither a confirmation nor a reminder notice. When I called on the afternoon the day before the scheduled appointment I was told my appointment had been cancelled. After pointing out that I had not cancelled the appointment and the problem was on their end we agreed to a different time for the next day. She called later and told me a tech would be at our house at ANOTHER different time. I agreed to the third time change and Antonio showed up and did a great job.
Technician was amazing….office staff needs a lot more training.

We had new carpet in the basement that our dogs decided to use as their personal urinal and were worried that we would have to tear out the carpet to fix the damages. Alex explained the process he'd be using thoroughly and the possibility of future remediation. With one visit, he was able to remove the odor and stains. He did use more solution than usual and I'm sure this helped!

Steaming, extra care taken and extra deodorizers, etc did no good because of failure to notice large amounts of pet hair in preliminary inspection. Carpet vacuuming was not added onto the job, so in the end the carpets are still filthy.
J C rated it 4/5: After a few initial bumps in communication the day of my appointment, they were very accommodating with my schedule. I'd love to give them 5 stars because their customer service was pretty good. The only reason I'm not is because I have a dog so I own a black light to check the carpet in case he ever has any accidents I can't find (very rare but it's a dog things happen.) After the carpet cleaning I went around and checked the carpet. Although to the naked eye the carpet was in fact "cleaner", there was absolutely no difference under the black light. Every stain that was on the carpet before showed up under the black light. Kinda disappointed to have paid what I did and still see the same stains in the carpet, but at least when you look at it, the carpet does APPEAR cleaner.

Her home had to be super clean to make it safe for her return from the hospital. This is a remarkable company who uses environmentally safe products. They are second to none!

I scheduled my cleaning for 1 pm and then got an email confirmation for a 2 pm appointment. I called to clarify the timing and they said they had to make accommodations for an appointment they had that morning. Since 2 pm didn't work for me, I asked to reschedule. I did not hear back for 3 business days – they contacted me the morning of my original appointment to reschedule. On the day of the new appointment, they were an hour late and did not contact me to let me know, so I left and put a note on the door (we had already moved out). I called to see what was going on and nobody answered or replied to my voicemail. I went back a few hours later and saw that they had come to clean, but they did a HORRIBLE job. I had to pick stuff up off the floor that they had missed during sweeping/mopping. Then the next day I was sent an invoice for $200. I still have not heard back from a human, only seeing the automated emails. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The owner started saying the staff was too busy, or sick, or some other reason they couldn’t come. Then one week he emailed me saying the staff was “behind” so could they do it Thursday or Friday. I said ok. Management never contacted me and they never showed up that week. Then they were going to just proceed like nothing ever happened. The staff said they were informed by the owner to “do a different client’s home instead”. He never contacted me to even explain nor apologize. I referred 3-4 large homes to this company. Never again. There’s other companies out there that will value your business. THIS one…is not one of them.

We had multiple cancellations in a row without rescheduling. The owner wouldn't respond to messages and then had confusing communications, for example, it's too cold so we can't do an interior clean today (??). With no notice, the owner has now decided to close the house cleaning side of the business. It's probably for the best given all of these issues.

The crew was punctual, very friendly and did an incredible job! Our hardwoods, told and bathrooms look spectacular! Needless to say Sparkly will be at my house every other week from here on out.

Cleaners are very helpful and professional and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our service and cleaning. They asked us what we were most hoping to see done and when they finished they did a walk through with us to make sure we were completely happy or if we wanted them to clean or touch up any areas. There was an area in which tape had been put down to keep a throw rug from scooting around and they were able to remove the residue so the carpet looks like it’s new.
They even were able to clean my 15 year old area rug from my bedroom and make it look like I just brought it home from the store.
