Wagner is a great place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while you're in Albuquerque. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how everything was going to work in place of the repairs of in the shower and we’re extremely helpful in showing pictures on exactly what it started from beginning to end. They had very great customer service, courteous and mindful to their work ethics and surroundings. Jim Was Our Sales Representative And He Was No Nonsense, Told Us Everything We Needed To Know. Curtis Stopped By Yesterday, To Make Sure We Were Getting Everything We Needed. This Morning, Andrew And Daniel Showed Up Right At 830am And Got To Work. Jesus Was Our Electrician And They All Did A Phenomenal Job!! I'm Sad I Couldn't Mention The Other Helpers By Name, But I Think They All Deserve Some Recognition As Well! We Bought Our House Last Year And Our Furnace And Evaporative Cooler Were Both 20+ Years Old. Yikes! As Of This Moment, I'm Extremely Satisfied With Wagner!

cc l rated it 4/5: This is a two-part review – The work requested was to raise the surface venting higher to prevent snow from getting blown in the utility closet (HVAC and water heater) and fix the leak in the HVAC exhaust that was inaccessible because of the cramped initial Wagner installation. The vents were fixed and the HVAC exhaust leak fixed and the unit lowered for proper access. Wagner gets 4 stars because:
(1) Wagner Technicians (all) ***** 5 stars – Mike Vargas, Isaac Carbajal, and all the Wagner technicians that recently (April 2022) that worked on the HVAC to fix the Wagner installed unit (2018) were professional, conscientious, and technically proficient. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. The service desk and office staff were very courteous and tried to be helpful.
(2) Wagner Department Managers ** 2 stars – Coordinating the work with the various Wagner department managers (service and installation?) to coordinate, schedule, and complete the work was difficult. I kept track of each interaction I had with Wagner. It took 23 phone calls and house visits that occurred over one month to get the work done! Highlight was calling to confirm the final repair appointment (it was a multistep fix) and finding out the appointment had been cancelled. I had not been informed of the cancellation and the service desk had to help me reschedule the original appointment.

The work is finally completed, and the installation appears correct (time will tell) but it should not be this hard to get the work done.

I am contemplating installing a new tankless water system, replacing the 50gallon water heater, to allow installation of a water softener in a cramped utility closet. It is not a plug and play installation (how do you route the water softener waste line?). At this point I do not have confidence in Wagner management to complete this multistep installation.

I was left with backed up kitchen sink, which I couldnt use and a sewer line that apparently could not be cleared and now needs to be replaced.On top of that, one of the workers would not wear a mask inside my home, even though I asked them too. The company did reach out directly to me and apologize, promise to do better and refund the cost. Hope they keep their word and improve service in the community.

My AC went out, and when Chance from TLC came, he quickly found the problem and replaced the defective part. Chance was courteous and knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned up after he completed his work.

In the end the bids were fair and very much in line with other companies in the area. I will say what finally sold me was the pay upon completion, no money up front, and the long warranty offered on the work and equipment. He coordinated an excellent crew and worked with my timeline.
Carlos and Jose headed a very capable, friendly group of professionals. They were friendly , respectful and I knew immediately I could trust them to do a great job and keep my best interests at heart.
I will always call TLC first for my HVAC needs.

Sam came on the date promised, and did a wonderful job of installing a nice screen door. He was professional and a delight to work with, just like all other TLC employees we’ve experienced. Home repairs; just one more good thing about TLC!

Alberto and Jose were able to professionally troubleshoot and identify why my outlet was not working. They showed me what happened and properly explained what they did to get the electricity back up and running. I appreciate the professional job and prompt service. I am very satisfied with my service and would recommend. As you can see in the photos one outlet tripped and one was melted. Thankfully nothing worse happened and Alberto and Jose saved the day!

I went with them because of the 1.5k plus reviews and almost 5 stars. It's very hard to get people to review and when you see that many reviews over the competition it means people were so pleased with the service that they left a review. I see why. I will definitely be using them in the future.. especially for preventive maintenance.. also one of the few companies that actually answered the phone👌🏼

We've had this horrible company for 4 years now and they have been out to "repair" our equipment over 20 times NOT exaggerating. We've met over 10 employees including Managers, who knows how many Techs, Vice Presidents, and MULTIPLE phone staff. They tried replacing the unit and the same issues continue due to either poor training or complete carelessness and laziness. After all the attempts of trying to fix the issue our paneling in completely cracked from them taking it on and off…. If that's how you leave a job that tells enough about your work. After all the attempts of them TRYING to fix it, now they say I'm not authorized to call and get someone out here after calling over 20 times in the past and am clearly on the account. We have yet to recommend them to anyone and we absolutely will not! I will also be sure to let everyone who asks, the experience we've had with this horrible "big" name of a company. Also one to NEVER leave reviews but this is completely unacceptable and no one should have to deal with this! Do research and go somewhere else where they are trained correctly to do the job right! This will stay here till they resolve their continuous issue.

Problems there! Melted wires etc… not good. Mike showed up the next business day on time, and had the panel rewired to a very high quality standard. Awesome work, great guy, HIGHLY recommended!

Mike was incredibly responsive (there at 7:30 the very next morning!), took the time to ask questions and research the best location to put the new outlet based on the needs of the opener, and didn't hesitate to take the time to address my own concerns.
He's very knowledgeable and you can tell a high quality of work really matters to him. The new outlet is perfectly placed and looks fantastic, and will be great both for the opener and future Christmas lights =) I will absolutely call Mike again for any future jobs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician who is fast, thorough, well-priced, and really cares about his work as the craft that it is.

Never Mind rated it 5/5: I had two electricians flake on me. One simply didn't return calls. The other gave me what I thought was a high estimate, but never called to schedule service and never responded to my texts. It's Wednesday morning. I called Mike at 8:08 this morning and left a message. He called me right back and offered to come by between jobs to look at my garage issues. He was here by 10:00 and had everything working in no time. In addition, he's simply a very nice human being. But rest assured, he'll be my first call from now on and anytime anyone is looking for electrical work, it will be Mike and McDonald Electric I recommend.

J Pecos rated it 5/5: I was without power in the back of my house as of Saturday night, reached out on Sunday afternoon, and Mike not only contacted me asap to set up a consultation on Monday, he fit me in for a same day repair and made sure I had power restored. Also, he probably saved my life because I had burnt wires inside my breaker box! Before picture is of my fried wires and the other is his beautiful workmanship. He also cleaned the wires up and made them so they are neat and secure. 1,000,000% would recommend and will definitely call upon McDonald Electric for any future needs!

They truly went above and beyond in my opinion when they gently removed 2 desert willows, and put them in buckets with more dirt so i could replant them away from my sewer line. I had 3 appliances check for service or replacement parts. Paid up front for a tech to come out too 15 mins to diagnose units. Quoted $450 for a washer repair that was a $30 part and took 30 mins to install?.. Quoted over $200 for my dishwasher drain to be unclogged. This seemed reasonable given what had to be done but when the unit was ran it left water all over the floor. So technically a warranty call at this point since it has been paid in full. But lastly my refrigerator needed a heating probe to stop accumulating ice at the bottom of the freezer. I was asked to pay $184 deposit to order part on top of the initial $45.00 diagnosis charge I already paid. The freezer was not defrosted so the door can close. I was told 2-3 days for part to come in, I called on day 7 (Tuesday) because I had not heard from them. Spoke to 2 ladies in the office that could not tell me if part arrived and would call me back. Another week went by where I did not hear back, so I called to cancel and get refunded. I was told that they can not refund my money and that the part came in the Monday the day before I called. They stated they reached out along with texting me, Apple has numerous devices that connect so a call would not been missed. At this point this company is very unprofessional, do not value their customers and just want to steal you money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR APPLIANCES WILL NOT BE FIXED!!!!!!

Robert rated it 1/5: Perfect example of an UNPROFESSIONAL and probably unethical company. Was referred to them to use to fix my clothes dryer that had stopped working. Made an appointment for them to come by to fix it and when the technician, Jerry, called to say he was on his way and would be at the house in 5 minutes, was initially given a 4 hour window of when they might come, I informed him I that it would be fine and that my wife was almost home and would be there in 10-15 minutes. Was told by the technician, Jerry, that they couldn't wait and would have to reschedule, unbelievable as it took my wife only 8 minutes to get home so at most he'd have waited 3 minutes, but anyway we rescheduled for the following week and I asked that they give me a 30 minute heads up before heading over to look at the dryer since I most likely have to drive home to meet them. Was told that would be fine and we rescheduled. Well the following week when , on the day of my appointment, I was called by the technician, Jerry, to tell me he was on his way and would be there in a couple of minutes. I called the company office and spoke to Maria who told me that unfortunately the technician, Jerry, had made a mistake and not informed them with enough time so they could call me sooner and that it would probably be best to have some other company come look at the dryer as he'd have to bypass us and move on to the next call. Really, again very unprofessional and most likely unethical company. Now I understand the other negative reviews on here for them and believe the only positive ones are possibly FAKE and have probably been created by the company to try and offset the true and real negative comments!!! STAY AWAY from such a company!

bfrenc3 rated it 1/5: A little context. LG contracts through these guys for repairs (hopefully they don't continue to). Hugo's Repair was contacted to repair a dishwasher. Hugo's calls to schedule and repair within a weeks time frame. The day arrives for the tech to show up for repair and does a no call/no show. Called Hugo's and they apologized, their tech got sick. That's fine, it happens. Why not call me and reschedule when you knew it?
Technician gets rescheduled and comes out about a week later. Does a 5 minute diagnostic. Goes back and orders part that needs replacing. Part comes in after about a week and a half.

Hugo's tech is scheduled to come out again a week after the part arrives with Cable hours between 8-12. Hugo's tech does a no call/no show again. Called Hugo's and they apologize their tech got sick. I ask the customer service lady why can't they call me and let me know this since they knew about the tech calling in sick. She apologized, was very nice but didn't offer any resolve. Does not offer a reschedule. Declines to fix the dish washer they have the part for (I think that's what gets to me the most is they already have the part in their custody). Cancels repair and sends back to LG to contract to another company.

Everything aside, the times I talked to customer service, they were very nice. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and the lack of professionalism to see a job through.

On time, professional, considerate, conscientious and excellent service. They left our garage cleaner than it was when they started the work. All drywall dust was vacuumed and they even replaced the drywall they had to cut out for the job. Exceeded my expectations again!
Our expansion tank developed a pinhole leak which sprayed water onto and made a hole in our drywall, which hit the 2×4 behind it and guided the water up behind the ceiling drywall.

I turned off the water to the house and called a few plumbers the next day. Number One Plumbing responded right away and I scheduled someone to come out the next day. I sent the picture of our expansion tank and he said the plumbers would come out with the correct tank to replace ours with.

The plumbers, Scott and Scottie (no relation) came out on time and I received a text about 30 min before their arrival, just as I asked. They were courteous and professional. They took one look at our tank and said they didn't have the correct size. What they had was about half the size of what I needed. There was no mention of getting any picture from the scheduler. They ended up driving back to their supplier and came back with the correct size. This took about 50 min. Once they had the correct tank, the replacement was quick.

They turned the water back on and made sure there were no leaks before leaving.

Overall, the plumbers were excellent, made me feel at ease (I was home alone and live in a rural area) and were efficient. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the scheduler did not forward the picture of our tank to them so they could have brought the correct sized tank. I would definitely use them again, but will double check that whatever the scheduler says is actually done.

I have been through a nightmare of multiple companies coming out to 34 times each replacing the board on my furnace the gas valve on my furnace etc. etc. Both other companies tried to sell me an entire new furnace for $3000 and more. I decided to make one last call after seeing the great reviews for this company and they absolutely live up to all of them. They were here in an hour to help me. Ivan was able to diagnose and fix the furnace before I could even blink. Then he got my gas fireplace going again! The entire visit was $150. I couldn’t be happier, or recommend Ivan higher. I addition to being prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, Ivan is also just a great human being. Six out of five stars.

I found this company by googling and I contacted them to discuss the issues we were having. They were able to get Chance to my property and figure out the cost of the repair quickly. The pipe was fixed within the same day. Wished I would have went with them to begin with. It would have saved me money and headaches.
Also, they had to go through flagstone in my yard, they put it back together very nicely. I wasn't left with a mess! This was all taken care of while I was out of state. They kept me informed and in contact the whole way. Thank you for everything!

Since it can be difficult to set an exact time with appliance repairs (since any given repair may require more or less time, depending on the situation), he called when he was on his way when leaving his previous appointment so I would know just when to expect him. He showed up promptly with his assistant, and they were both very pleasant and polite, and professional. They did excellent work, and the charges were very fair. I highly recommend Mr. Ed's Appliance Repair.

My refrigerator water dispenser was no longer working so I call Mr. Eds to schedule service. He asked me to explain what was going on with it and I gave him the symptoms. Mr. Ed asked me what was the make and age of the appliance. And then proceeds to instruct me on exactly how to fix the issue. He also reinforced the fact not to worry your refrigerator is a good one. Per Mr. Eds instruction I was able to take care of the issue myself. I highly recommend this local business. Mr. Ed cares about the customer and is a very honest professional.

They did a service upgrade on my house and the wires in the wall shorted out without tripping the breaker causing the sheet rock to catch on fire. They didn’t honor the warranty for their work and I had to have a different contractor fix their mess of a job. After investigating there were wires spliced in the wall with tape and used materials they installed in my home. They are a disaster of a company and should be embarrassed to call themselves electricians. Kimbrough electric doesn’t deserve a half a star. Stay clear from using this company.
