    Not true! We have used Hiller in the past and have been pleased with their service. Hiller had done their annual plumbing inspection and never once stated their concern with the NIBCO, Inc. piping until the last leak occurred. After research, we discovered that there was a class action settlement against the manufacturer (NIBCO, Inc.). We knew the plumbing had to be replaced. We contracted Hiller to re-plumb our home thus removing the NIBCO, Inc. PEX piping. Numerous requests have been made for senior management to contact us to no avail. Not all of the NIBCO tubing was replaced, unnecessary drywall removal/damage, excessive drywall cutting, drywall debris left on top of upper cabinets, damage to top of front load washing machine & the list goes on! Please note, I only attached photos from one room…the laundry room. Now multiply that damage to three bathrooms and a kitchen.

Guy arrived to look at an issue with the dishwasher. Was professional, pleasant, overall good.

Identified the problem as the power cable quickly. Was told since was power-related he couldn’t do anything except locate the issue. Was in the house 30ish minutes, charged 120.

No real complaints, but with price vs experience I didn’t walk out being psyched about it.

Would probably use again. Would probably recommend, but not enthusiastically from this one experience.

A project manager came out and made a quote to replace the unit and give us credit for the repair work that was done. The furnace was installed the next day in just four hours. Another company installed the HVAC 2yrs ago because my old system froze and melted and the water went everywhere. They didn’t tell me about needing float switches that shut-off the system if the pan was full to prevent water going everywhere, the whole reason they were installing a new system to begin with.

    Thank you, Lee Company for alerting me to the need for float switches and installing them for me as well as a back up switches. You’ve done much for my condo in the last 12 months, including fixing closet shelve that fell, Installing 2 toilets to replace 2 I knew were going bad for last 3years, and fixing patio outlet that has not worked correctly since I moved in, plus other minor odd jobs and great tips and advice!

He set a follow up appointment for two days later to replace a section of pipe. He completed that repair very quickly. We were left very pleased with the professionalism and speed of Sean with Lee Company.

After being underneath my home for five minutes he quickly determined that it was moisture under my home. The technician has to come inside my home and go through a crawl space which is aligned with encapsulation. Little did he know that I had another company to come out the day before and everything was great. I just wanted to compare quotes and go with the best and most fair quote. I was told that I would get my quote right away and the technician left and said he would have to send someone else out to take a look. Needless to say I am out of a $79 for someone from this company to come to my home to try and rip me off to make the company more money. If you are looking for a trustworthy company, look elsewhere.

Not only did they complete our jobs well and efficiently and clean up everything better than it was when they arrived, but they were willing to look at our 100 year old house as a whole and tweak things as needed. Through the years Lee Company has installed HVACs, tankless water heaters, home water filters, toilets, new ducts, and has done major home electrical upgrades to our great satisfaction. We recently discovered we had roots in a sewer line which decided to clog while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Lee Company quickly came and cleared the line.
    I highly recommend them as a timely, one-stop shop for your home maintenance needs.

He ran into an issue in one of my bathrooms as the electric boxes were installed off center and the new light was not going to cover the massive hole in the wall if installed in the existing location. He quickly came up with a solution that was both cost effective and aesthetically pleasing and didn't turn into a huge construction project. He returned two days later, having constructed two new wooden mounts at his home, and installed the remaining two lights. He also consulted on a couple of additional DIY projects I was working on at no extra charge. Overall I appreciated his communication style, friendliness, expertise and fantastic craftsmanship. It is apparent Ryan is knowledgable and takes in his work. Highly recommended! Pic is of the two lights with his homemade mounts. The wood stain matches perfectly with my cabinets and additional features throughout my home.

The technicians arrived on time and were courteous and knowledgeable. In one instance, the capacitor needed to be replaced, and they showed us how to check it in the future. In the second occasion, a wire had been damaged, likely due to weed whacking too close to the unit. I appreciated them sharing that information, so we could be more careful in the future. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

I had another company previously tell me I’d need an entirely new A/C unit, estimating nearly $10,000, while J&J has since confirmed my system is fine and has just needed some minor and significantly less expensive repairs. They handled these quickly without trying to upsell me.

The first time to deal with a temperamental combustion motor, for heating, which they managed to get working again for a few days. Once it finally gave out, they already had a part and came to switch it out and get the system working again, only charging for the replacement part and installation, baking the first visit into the price of the overall repair. The next 2 times I had a similar experience. All the technicians I interacted with were very knowledgeable on my 17 year old unit and never pushed me to replace it, opting to help keep it running and teach me to resolve the issues I have encountered with it. Always reasonably priced, very professional, punctual and able to work with any schedule. Most visits were under an hour worth of time in total and had the unit working again better than before each time.

A friend recommended I call J&J because someone came out quickly and repaired their unit. So I gave them a call, and a sweet gal named Belinda answered the phone and said they could get someone out there that day. Sure enough, a service tech, Caleb, came out and repaired my unit in just about an hour, outside on a freezing cold Christmas Eve. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to my friends for the recommendation, and to the service team at J&J, who go the extra mile to help someone in need! Highly recommend this company.
