It was just what I thought, however the job was completed much quicker than I would have been able to myself. Customer service was fantastic, and Devon was very friendly, professional, and efficient and even gave some love to my 14 year old dog! I also travel for a living and they were extremely accommodating to my availability/schedule and still very quick to the rescue. I will absolutely use Natals in the future for plumbing needs and possibly others!

I called on a Wednesday, James came by within the same hour to check things out, and on that Friday morning he and another tech, Jarod, had it totally replaced within an hour. The prompt and professional service was greatly appreciated! Fair prices too given the time of year/demand. Would definitely recommend!

Natal’s made it out in two hours, had us fixed up in 30 minutes and offered us an HVAC, plumbing and electrical plan that we could not pass up. His thorough inspection revealed that everything was functioning correctly and the unit was in good shape. Desmond took his time checking the unit and then completed a transfer test which included testing the gas pressure. Desmond will return tomorrow to do a full service of the unit. I would like to recommend Ready Power to anyone seeking a service provider for their annual maintenance.

Jacob from Wiring Resource was able to give me a quote the next day and was able to get it moved from our old house to our new house within a week of moving in. His team was able to do it sooner, but we needed to wait to close first. I am so happy I found Wiring Resource, Jacob is extremely professional and responsive and goes into great detail of what he's doing and why he's doing it. He didn't do anything without running it by us first that was outside of the estimate so there were no surprises cost wise. He also needed to cut one of our gutters for the generator and had his team come back to fix it and is covering the cost. Jacob was also able to recommend a company that could hook up the gas for the generator and they were also great and efficient. Highly recommend Wiring Resource and will be hiring them in the future for any other electrical needs.

Randy Hall rated it 5/5: Wiring resource conducted troubleshooting and repaired my whole-home emergency generator, assisted me in selection and install a whole-home surge suppressor that I provided, and inspected and upgraded our primary grounding installation. Wiring Resource did a great job. They were knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and explained every step of work. Jacob, the owner, was very transparent and kept me very well informed of status of parts and when I could expect work to be accomplished. As an approved Generac installer, Wiring Resource worked with the manufacturer to provide all parts and labor for the generator repair at no cost to me. I heartily recommend these folks, by far superior other electricians I've worked with in southwest Mississippi and the North Shore.
David Freytag rated it 1/5: I hired Wiring Resource LLC on June 7 2021 to have all knob and tube replaced in my 1400 sq ft unit. Jacob came through and did a video walk though documenting everything and seemed very professional. I needed the work to be completed by July 1 2021 as I had tenants moving into the unit which was clearly communicated and understood by Wiring Resource. The team came in and opened multiple crooked holes in my walls (more than necessary to run wires), cut two structural joists in my attic (without my approval or awareness), made a complete mess of the place, and left tools and items throughout the place without proper cleaning after every work day. They did not complete the work on time by my deadline of July 1 2021, and I had to put my tenants in temporary housing. They did not complete the job per the written contract as I wanted a city inspector to come through for approval. The last communication I had with Wiring Resource was them asking for additional payments as to which I responded that I will not remit any payment until the inspector comes through and approves the work. I also provided an itemized list to Wiring Resource of all the additional expenses I had to incur including sheetrock repair, cleaning, temporary tenant housing, and other ad-hoc expenses.
I would not recommend Wiring Resource as they did very low quality installation, missed deadlines, incomplete work, and lack of responsibility. I have had to hire an additional eletrician to complete the job.

I called and waited over 6 months for my home generator to be repaired due to being short staffed. Now it's taking countless calls just to get questions answered & a service scheduled. I highly recommend going to generic website and finding another service provider/authorized dealer. Comfort Engineered has the worst responsive time I've ever seen. I am super patient, but now we are back in another hurricane season and I still don't have my concerns addressed from last hurricane season.
UPDATE: I got a call back & service scheduled. The staff and field techs were friendly and apologetic about the response time.

We met with Ed, the owner of the company, and were informed from the beginning that wait for a generator was about 6 months due to this new Covid world we live in, where there is a shortage of so many products. Ed personally kept us informed on the progress of the order and actually delivered the generator ahead of the original estimated timeframe. Once received, the generator was installed very quickly. A very professional team poured a concrete slab to host the generator and the next day they returned to set up the generator and and run a gas line through out attic to connect the generator. The generator was beautifully installed. All of the electrical and gas lines that were mounted on the exterior of our house were done very nicely and the installation team was extremely professional and great with communication and instruction of how to use the generator and maintain the generator. Having had 3 power outages since the installation, we are very happy we made this purchase. Ed and his team did such a great job, we have hired them to replace our HVAC system. As with the generator, there have been delays as they wait to receive all of the equipment we need, but the communication has been great and we look forward to our new spray foamed attic and A/C system! Ed personally and meticulously measured the interior of our house and even the thickness of the windows. He input the data into some fancy program and we got over 20 pages of data that said we could downgrade to a 3 ton unit, from a 5 ton unit with the addition of the spray foam. Ed really "designed" our system specifically to address problems we have cooling parts of our house with the current system we have. I received quotes from two other companies to replace the HVAC system and both did not spend more than 20 minutes at my house before putting together a quote. One company didn't even go into the attic to see what we have! The time and attention to detail we received from Comfort Engineered Systems far surpasses what we expected and received from the other two quotes. While the delays associated with Covid are frustrating when buying so many products these days, I am very optimistic that our project will be completed soon. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism we receive from Comfort Engineered Systems! We were referred to them by 3 neighbors who are all very happy customers.

When approached with the task of replacing our AC, we were immediately given several choices along with various financing financing options. Once we found the decision that was right for us , CES quickly checked inventory for the required parts and began work, Even finishing 2 days ahead of schedule .

They were prompt in servicing the generator to keep it running smoothly when it needed maintenance after operating continuously 24/7 for days after Hurricane Ida.

Salesperson Geri C provided a delivery and installation date of March 2022. Once sold, Geri ceased to return all phone calls or text messages. Since that time, it took me (literally) 83 phone calls to get an update on my order. We received an update in late February and were told that our generator was in the warehouse and that Comfort Engineered Systems was going to start working on permits that week. When I called to follow up a week later, after 26 attempts, I was told that my generator was not in the warehouse, it had not been shipped and it was not due to be shipped until AUGUST 2022. Since that time, Ed Perez assured me that it would only take a few weeks to install once received and offered to review my home specs to see if a smaller generator would suffice and committed to following up the next day. That was on May 12th. I never heard another word from him until today (after 8 attempts). Today, Ed Perez communicated that he would call me this week and that their hurricane season begins on September 1st. Needless to say, I have no confidence in whatever new story this company will give me regarding a product that Geri C stated we would have in March 2022. Based on the review that I just read and my experience, I recommend avoiding Geri C and this company until further notice. You will not get what you paid for or what they are selling. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

My washer was down for at least four weeks before Matt came out. It was not easy getting a company to come out and service this particular washer machine. Two people tried to repair my washer before Professional Appliance Repair, and both did not fix the washer. But Professional Appliance Repair came in and saved the year! Our next step was to purchase a new washer since no one could fix it. While Matt and another technician (I forgot his name, but he was VERY knowledgeable about all appliances) were at our home, we asked them to look at our LG REFRIGERATOR. They diagnosed the motor/ fan on the refrigerator and scheduled the next visit.

Oven finally gave up right before Thanksgiving and a new one was astronomically priced and wouldn’t deliver until January so we would have no way to make Christmas dinner without their help. I called Paige, related the issue and she quickly responded with the news that she had a tech with the part in his van and that she’d send him over Thursday between 8 and noon. James showed up as promised, had the part, made the repair, and had the whole thing done in less then an hour. We made Christmas cookies last night with the oven he fixed and we are so grateful for their help. BTW, the price was reasonable and never changed.

Their pricing is fair and although they squeezed me in on their last day open before Christmas, they didn’t gouge me on pricing which I appreciate so much. They were super professional and were very communicative about when they'd be arriving. They did the job quickly and well, too.
