Just like their yelp reviews, Element does fantastic work. Very professional, communicative, on-time, and protective of your house. Very happy with the clean-up work of the attic and insulation and then of the new insulation installation. I'm not posting the pictures of how dirty it was after a new roof and their clean-up, but here is photos of everything neat, tidy, clean and with wire guards on any potential rodent entrances from interior or exterior holes.

My blower motor had died and others told me it would take 2 1/2 months to get a new motor. Element came on the day I called them (Friday) and identified the problem, gave me my options and replaced the furnace on Monday! Great service, very nice employees, did the job and vaccumed all the registers and returns before leaving. cleaned up all the dust from the registers as well! I am extremely satisfied with Element Home Solutions quick responser and high quality of the work done.

Brent Moffitt rated it 3/5: My rating (a 3) is not a reflection on the staff. The installers were courteous and professional as were the workers sent to check on the performance of the equipment. The rating is, rather, a reflection of the equipment. We had a Mitsubishi 2-stage heat pump installed in August. The cooling function met our expectations. When the temperature dropped to the mid-30’s and below, the heating function did not meet our expectations. We reported to Element Home Solutions that the heat pump required 3 to 4 hours to reach and then maintain our desired inside temperature when the outside temperature dropped. Maintenance workers came to inspect the unit and let us know that the unit was working as expected. Should you decide to buy a Mitsubishi heat pump you should insure your expectations match reality.

He recommended replacing some of our old furnace duct instead of simply taping the duct joints as another company had recommended. His price was similar to the less extensive bid & included new installation. We accepted his bid & the work was scheduled shortly afterward. Two guys finished the replacement in a day & left the area very clean. We noticed better heating immediately. We were very impressed with all of our interactions with this company & will use them for all of our future heating & cooling upgrades. A excellent experience!

Dana Brook rated it 2/5: They installed an air conditioning unit for us. After a few more nuts the unit stopped working. They came out to investigate and hopefully repair. The technician was at the house for almost two hours. Near the end I heard him talking to his supervisor on speak phone. The technician stated that he didn’t know why it wasn’t working, they talked it through for a while and then the supervisor instructed the technician to “just tell them they need to call an electrician”. Then we got a bill for the full time the technician was at the house.
We called an electrician as they suggested. The electrician discover the issue in 5 min and explained in detail how Harry Clark had installed the air conditioning unit incorrectly in two different ways. The electrician was also surprised that the unit hadn’t been destroyed by the mistake.

Never again.

When our refrigerator at our temporary rental went out, while my landlord dithered about trying to get it fixed, I called Gary, communicated the urgency (I'm pregnant and also have a toddler), and he moved his schedule to come right away. His base price is phenomenally reasonable, and he even came back the next day when things were still not working right – turns out there is a malfunctioning part that has been discontinued wah wah. Either way, he came back again to make sure the job was done to the extent possible, and was kind and communicative the whole way. Honestly it just boils down to Gary being a good person. And those are the kind of people you want coming into your house to help you.

I found Psl Electric and called and Phil was super responsive and came that same day and kept me in the loop as to when he would come and texted and called to let me know when he was on his way.
We had a weird problem that actually ended up being the pge line outside being severed. Phil's guy noticed it and brought it to our attention. I called PGE that night but next morning Phil called to check if they came and let me know he called PGE as well and gave him his contact as well. PGE came and fixed the line and that was indeed the problem. Man, who does that? I am forever grateful and appreciative of his professionalism and attentiveness. Super impressed like no other business I have called of recent. Phil is the real deal and super honest.

It is hard to find a business where people are competent, professional, and also care, but Ace is that place. I will use and recommend Ace Handyman every time!

Eric came out first and tried everything he could to fix the issue, even called someone to help with the problem- very professional, early, great communication, did not rush through the job at all. Unfortunately, the problem was complex and returned. Gilbert came out next- professional, patient, took time to walk me through and trouble shoot the problem, and explained everything along the way. He ended up fixing the issue and gave me advice on next steps should it return. The problem hasn't returned! I would definitely use this company again, and highly recommend it to anyone having electrical issues. Overall- easy to schedule, respectful, on time, professional. I had called a lot of electricians, and this company was one of the only ones that responded professionally.

It was like pulling teeth just trying to schedule a visit with those people. Communicating with them over missed phone calls and endless misunderstandings was just too much to bare, so I started looking for other solutions.
Five or Free sent out a technician names Tim very quickly to review the situation. He was punctual, incredibly nice, and very patient and informative when explaining to me how the wiring was set up in my newly purchased home. He presented me with multiple different options for moving forward at different price points, and wasn't pushy at all in going one way or the other.

Then, when Tim came back to do the actual work, some further analysis revealed that some of the scheduled work didn't in fact need to be done. He made me immediately aware of this and reduced the cost of the visit accordingly. Some less honest technicians may have simply said nothing and billed me for work they didn't eve do.

This is all I really need to say. They were quick, punctual, very easy to work/communicate with, and just all around good people. We will definitely be using them exclusively from here on out.

Maybe they should change their name to Four or Free Electrical Solutions because they certainly didn't honor their on-time commitment and they didn't return calls to explain what happened or make it right.
Charles Seidel rated it 1/5: They came out to add an electrical outlet and it cost about $800. Part of this they charged was $300 for a permit. I called them after one month and asked about the permit and they said it would be taken care of. I waited a month and called and I told them I was upset and they set up the permit on that day.
So basically if I did not call or complain, they would have never followed up with the permit. In their comments, they will say someone about Covid or it took a while to get a permit, but that is not true. Two months with no contact and they get the permit on the same say that I was upset about they never did the permit.

Expensive and sneaky. Find another company.

The lights in half my kitchen had no power. I called Chris on Friday to set up an appointment. His response was immediate. Chris arrived to my house at noon and by 2 o'clock everything was fixed. He's very honest and definitely knows his stuff. It was more than a pleasure doing business with Chris! I have adopted him as my new electrician🌞

After chatting for about 15 minutes about what this would entail, he had the excellent advice to just extend the gas line instead, which turned out to be far cheaper than all the electrical work this would've required – I'm very grateful for his honesty.

He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicated the steps that needed to be taken in order to fix things. I definitely recommend giving Chris a call if you're looking for someone who will help quickly and efficiently.

After not responding to my messages for over a week, after he scheduled my appointment, he blew up my phone with many texts messages at the last minute, upset because I asked him if the equipment I wanted him to install would be compatible. He expected me to have the technical knowledge he lacked. Other electricians have since offered me a free quote to correctly assess what needed to be done and told me what he advised probably would not have worked. Unlike Chris, no one told me they would charge me for this, or that “we could both use the same internet” to figure it out Extremely unprofessional.

Big work trucks are dangerous and deadly. Please boycott this company if you are thinking of using them. They do not employ safe drivers and I can only guess what sort of lack of care that driver puts in their work too.

steve phillips rated it 5/5: I have used RECO for business and personal projects for many years . The most recent project was building out our basement for an in-law unit with a kitchen. We have an older home and they were great with all the issues with old electrical equipment. The work easily passed building inspection and we continue to be very happy with the work.
Tom Perry rated it 5/5: I needed three electrical outlets installed and had a tough time getting bids in COVID times. The first I got from another reputable business was a crazy-high flat-rate per outlet price (this isn't my first rodeo), and a couple others were booked for months or had other issues while Roberts Electric was ready to provide what I needed, priced on a time and material basis which is exactly what I wanted. The electrician arrived on time and did excellent work: one super easy outlet, one medium hard and one that was a pretty complicated job requiring multiple holes to be cut in the wall. In the end, his time and materials was less than half what the expensive company quoted and having observed the work, it was very fair.
The only place to improve is that the company doesn't manage their email well. I first submitted a request through their website and about two weeks later I get an email, "Do you still want to do this?" I immediately replied yes and never got a second response. I called them the next day and got everything quickly set up, so my advice is simply to pick up the phone when using RECO.

Claire Potstada rated it 1/5: The appraiser who shall remain anonymous complain the whole time he was here to give me an estimate. I waited a week for the estimate and none came. So I called Roberts electronics and the woman who answered said she would get back to the estimator and tell him that I had called for feedback and he would send out the estimate. Another week goes by no estimate . My advice don't waste your time call someone else
