He came here for a completely unrelated repair (shower faucet) and he discovered that the exhaust pipe from my tankless water heater had partially melted. I had no idea as it sits high in my garage. Thanks to his excellent observation skills, he prevented a major fire from starting because of the hot exhaust gas that had been blowing on my now discolored drywall. He ended up installing a brand new water heater and his workmanship was flawless. If you ever have plumbing issues, call Beacon and ask for Sean because you’re not going to find a more professional and competent plumber out there!! Thanks Sean R!!

We called Beacon to get a diagnostic on what the issue is, assuming there was just a clog in the pipes. As it turns out, we had a crack in our sewer pipe. What made it worse, is they detected the crack under our concrete patio and rocks were rapidly flooding in, causing blockage. Originally, the quote was upwards of $15K. We managed to hire an outside concrete removal service to gain access to the pipe under the patio, and Romeo and his team came back to repair the leak. Little did we know, there was a SECOND crack in the pipe several feet down from the original crack…. Our repairs were now closer to $25K. Romeo found a different solution to the repair so we wouldn’t have to cut another 4’x4’ square in our patio, which ultimately saved us thousands. He worked diligently for eight hours straight to rectify the issue and get us back to normal by the end of the night. With two little ones, we didn’t have the time or the money to spend on brand new sewer lines. I greatly appreciate his empathy and expertise. I would highly recommend Beacon Plumbing based on Romeo’s professionalism alone. Thank you SO much for saving the day, Romeo! I’ve stopped freakin’ and called Beacon.
Hang Le rated it 1/5: We have never been treated so poorly by any company before. Our pipe bursted in July of 2021 and they still haven’t completed their job. They charged us $25k because it was an emergency and took their sweet time to fix the pipe. Not only did they miss 2 of their appointments without any notice, they also made a mistake packing the giant hole they dug up in our front yard. 4 months after the job was done the area they dug up sunk about half a foot. I wrote them 2 emails about a week apart and got ignored. I called and spoke to the most condescending and demeaning manager ever. Mark said, “honey I have about 25 other emails I’m working on.” After about 10 minutes of explaining the situation to him he finally scheduled us a date for someone to come fix the area. We took the day off work and no one showed up again. Finally someone came out on a different day but unfortunately 2 months after that it sunk 4 inches. I emailed them again and they said to wait until the rainy season is over. It is July and they have been ignoring all my emails since May. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.

He was extremely kind and thoughtful, listened attentively, and provided a straightforward proposal that was comprehensive and that contemplated both what I asked for and what was required by code.
After agreeing on the scope of work, the Eco team got the additional parts they needed and got right down to business. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly (laid down tarps, cleaned up thoroughly), kept me informed with clear status updates throughout, and ensured I was happy with the results of each piece of work before moving on.

Every member of the team (Christian called two additional people to help get the work done same-day, including Jake, who was phenomenal) was the consummate professional and did top-notch work.

Brandon was absolutely fantastic when he came by to fix our problem – some of the electrical outlets in our bedroom suddenly stopped working.. He was professional, thorough, and explained his process as he was going through diagnosing the issue and finding the location of the issue. It took longer to find the issue than we expected, thanks to the odd wiring choices that were made in the construction of my house. He found it, fixed it, gave a great explanation of the what, why, and how, and we were only charged the diagnostic fee. Afterwards, he did a safety check that included looking over my breaker panel and made recommendations and gave us quotes and a breakdown on said recommendations. This was greatly appreciated and he did a great job answering the questions I had during this process. While these estimate for these recommendations do seem pricey, there was no pressure or hard sell on these.
It's been about a month since that visit, and the outlets are continuing to work nice and smooth. Earlier this week, my wife recommended Eco and Brandon to one of her colleagues and we were reminded of how impressed we were with this company. Even our dog liked him. We're definitely calling Eco Electric the next time we need an electrician.

Toward the end of the project I found things that were damaged in my home and a number of items that Exo Electric failed to complete. As soon as I mentioned these items, their attitudes shifted instantly and then weren’t so friendly. I hired them to remove all of the dangerous knob and tube wiring, replace the panel inside, swap all switches & outlets and replace the box and mast outside. The knob and tube wiring is still in my house, they installed light switches crooked, did not swap every outlet like they said they would, left a major outlet in the kitchen dead-no power to that outlet still to this day, installed that outside box cooked and not flush to the house, the mast is touching my new roof done a few weeks ago and bending shingles, the box inside is not installed properly and does not latch shut. They said they were going to bring a label maker to make the box nice but instead wrote everything by hand and not clearly, quite sloppy actually. They attempted to charge me an exorbitant amount amount for additional work to remedy these issues and I said no. They went on to say that they were not coming back and that the job is marked as complete. This. Reach of contract on their part has caused multiple issues with other projects including the roof, siding and gutters. Customer service from this company was horrendous and they are anything but professional. The GM Cory Hessiltine was extremely unprofessional on our 1 call, using profanity and not allowing me to speak. He went on a rant and essentially “told me how it is”. This company is run by sleazy sleazy sales people, I was clearly just a number to this company and they do not care about helping their customers, their only concern is getting paid- not doing what is right. Don’t make the same mistake that I did in hiring these amateurs.

He diagnosed the problem and advised us on the right choices and tried to get us scheduled for service asap, he really made us feel comfortable deciding to go with As You Wish. Ty, Kaleb, and Robert also did a wonderful job!!! They replaced our panel in a day and arranged the inspection and also replaced our dryer outlet and line on a second day. They were very professional, nice, and efficient. Ty kept us informed along the way at an appropriate level and made sure we understood what was happening. Planning to use this company again in the future.

They were at my house for 2 days installing a new electrical panel and wiring the basement for a new heat pump. They arrived right on time at 8am and began promptly. They explained what they were going to do at the start of each day and showed me the results at the end of the day. They were straightforward with how long to expect the electricity to be out and were very conscious of the noise as my husband was working from home at the time. Such a courteous crew! They did very high quality work, even framing out the electrical box for us. Our HVAC crew who later installed our heat pump even said they did an incredible job! This project could easily have taken a week but they finished promptly in two full days of hard work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for timely and high quality electrical work.

As You Wish did an excellent job removing and rewiring all the knob and tube, updating our electrical box, replacing switches and outlets, and adding some new fixtures. As You Wish was amazing to work with from start to finish, from a thorough estimate by Dan, to adjusting the scope of work to our budget, to clear communication throughout. Luis and his stellar team of electricians (Devon and Caleb) were phenomenal. They were spot on time every morning, courteous and accommodating, checking in with us throughout for our feedback and preferences. Every request was answered with, "You got it!" The team worked super hard to finish our large project in three days. They certainly lived up to the name of the company, As You Wish Electric. I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors and would to anyone else.

They were personable, polite, professional and very knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing as they did it and answered all of our questions. Starting with Dan and Madison for the assessment and quote, to two excellent installation crews (Adam/Shane+ and Dave/Nick/Mark). Over a few days they upgraded and moved the breaker box in my 1950's home, ran circuits for the kitchen and living rooms, as well installed Ethernet throughout. Every day the communication was professional, efficient, and friendly. These technicians really know their stuff and are super proficient at problem solving. I am a very happy customer and look forward to working with them again!

Even though the weather was getting colder, Dillon was able to schedule an install within a few days of contacting them. Their installers were polite and did a good job. They had the new furnace up and working in no time and it easily passed our city's electrical and mechanical inspections.
Hopefully we won't need these services again anytime soon, but if we do we will certainly keep Brennan at the top of our list.

He never followed through providing an estimate but merely suggested changing some nearby lights with brighter ones that I could do myself. He must not need the work I guess.
Denise T rated it 1/5: Check the number of complaints they have with the BBB. According to their bid, their work was "Adding new switches and outlets in stair well, kitchen, customer location." They didn't replace the switch to the stair well and left the other outlets and switches just wired, with no actual outlets or switches! Some of them were also not put in the locations as shown in our drawings. Their contract also states "Pay Schedule: 50% To schedule – 40% Trim – 10% Final Inspection." We paid 50% to schedule, they didn't do the trim (which is to install the outlets and switches) and then they charged my credit card in full without my permission. Their total was $4,950 for 5 1/2 hours of work which is about $900 per hour. Their response to my complaint to the BBB was a flat out lie. They said they finished their work and that we refused to let the inspector in. We allowed the inspector in and they failed the final inspection because they weren't done. Now we have to hire another company to finish their work. Total waste of time. I'm sure they'll post a response to this review that will not be truthful but the fact is they didn't fulfill their contract.

Now nothing but complaints, the workers show up late with no call. Had to cancel due to Brennan crew not showing up in a timely manner. My original sales guy was wonderful. This time I had a J. Curdy, he explained nothing really as to why, or suggestions. Said it would be 14 thousand dollars, I said ok. Due to schedule of Drs we needed to pre arrange this to meet schedules. I paid I. Gull got AC install, I expected they would show. Which they did late, with no call to let anyone know they were going to be late. Acted as if it was no big deal. Again Brennan failed not just once, but twice. 20 days later I am Re signing refund papers! In 20 days billing couldn’t even get the proper number. My salesperson had made a human error on the refund amount. So for the second or so time I’ve signed for my refund. This has been going on for 20 days- I just want my money back. This should’ve been done and handled by now. Everyone has an excuse- I just want my $ back! They’ve got down hill tremendously. I wouldn’t use them at any of my homes ever again based up this experience. Please look at the recent reviews.

But I do appreciate that their team was thoughtful on how they wanted to approach the project so that they could be as efficient as possible with their billable time. Once the project began, I was beyond happy with the results. Communication was nice and clear, their finish work was professionally done, Carlos was thorough with repairing electrical problems we were having around the house and thinking long term about his repairs so that they would last. I would highly recommend Exact Electric and they'll be my regular electrician in the future.
Aubrey Powell rated it 5/5: We needed electrical heating vents repaired and had gotten either the runaround or ghosted entirely by many other businesses all winter, leaving us with a very cold main floor. Exact Electric was the only company that continued to respond to our initial request. They were booked pretty far out but at this point we would take what we could get so we got on the schedule. Luckily they kept their word about looking out for earlier availability they could get for us and let us know about a cancellation so we were able to have them come out much sooner than expected, within about a week of initially signing our contract.
We were a little nervous about the required minimum hours as we weren't sure how long the repair would take but they did end up using enough of it that it wasn't an issue. And we'd rather have the repairs done than continue waiting who knows how long.
The repairman was a bit late but he did call us to let us know so I don't hold it against him since we were kept in the loop. Repairs were completed and cleaned up same-day, including vacuuming up any dust and patching the wall where an older, larger thermostat used to be. The only thing left to us, understandably so, is to paint the new patched area.
Invoice was sent some days later via email and very easy to pay online.
Ultimately happy with the work they did, and appreciative of them looking out for windows in their schedule for us and letting us know when they were running late. Very professional in all aspects.

After calling several different electricians, Exact Electric exceeded my expectations in terms of price, communication, and service. Exact Electric provided a quote for my project within a few HOURS, whereas other electricians took days, over a week, and some never even got back to me. This was just a simple panel replacement and other companies were quoting 2x and even 3x the price that Exact Electric gave me for the same project. They completed the project & had it inspected by the city within 5-6 days from when I first reached out to them, which I thought was very rare since I've had other electricians tell me they were booked out for months. Very happy with the result, service, price, and timeliness of Exact Electric.
