Would recommend and use this service again for future projects.I had a problem last year with mice digging through the foam spray used to patch a part of the wall and scaling it to get onto the kitchen counter. Pest control had come by and fixed up some spots with copper wool and set bait stations, but I wanted the foam cleaned up here so the mice couldn’t just dig more holes around it. Plus it looks terrible.
I reached out to Mr Handyman and they were able to schedule a an appointment asap. Jay arrived on time and was very communicative and professional. He came in to check out the wall and clarify the work needed. Within 90 minutes, he had cleared off the foam, installed a piece of drywall cutting around the electrical and gas line, and cleaned up the scraps. He explained that the joint compound needs to set, additional work I could request, and that mice shouldn’t be able to get in
from that area anymore including the base of the wall.

Thomas Wahl rated it 5/5: Bruce did a drywall job, multiple paint jobs, a carpentry job, and a window improvement at our house. There are several reasons for hiring Bruce, as opposed to engaging a large multi-employee business:
* the quality of his work is amazing. He cannot do every task, but if he decides to take on yours, he will deliver with the utmost perfection. All repairs he did on our house turned out beautiful.
* you know up front what it will cost, and that knowledge won’t cost you a penny. He sends you a detailed estimate, listing the work to be done, and the price is guaranteed: he charges by the task completed, not by the hour worked. (I remember that the drywall job turned out a little bit more complex than foreseeable, taking him longer to complete, but that was “his problem”.)
In addition, Bruce treats your house with “respect”, protects everything during the work, and cleans things up thoroughly when done.
It is also true that you will pay quite a bit less than if you hired one of the giants, but the amazing thing is that this does not come at the expense of quality and professionalism at all.

Given the odd shape, the cuts had to be very precise. Bruce is very meticulous and did a great job. He also installed beadboard to 4 panels. Again, very precise and meticulous. Bruce is very easy to work with, very responsive. Highly recommend!

My partner and I discovered our AC window unit was growing mold and after a few quick google searches we decided it would be best to contact MNM. Mike was able to come within a few hours to assess the situation and fix the unit and clean out the mold. He also discovered our AC was not properly releasing water and was able to fix that too. Our AC now looks and runs like it’s brand new! Highly recommend MNM and Mike to anyone looking for a great job at fair prices. Thank you, Mike!

When we learned our tenants would be moving out we had about six weeks before the Sept 1 rental start date. We hired Adelson to make some minor repairs as we didn’t think there was time to do more.
Adelson made a number of thoughtful suggestions for how to improve the apartment and committed to the timeline needed to make the Sept 1 rental deadline. We had used Adelson before in our own home so we went for it.
We confined our choices to items that were in stock and Adelson and his crew were able to complete the demo and remodel (new kitchen, new bathroom, floors refinished, laundry room upgraded, cabinets, lighting). There was a couple of days delay for the floor refinishing, but the job was completed on budget and on time. We also came to appreciate Adelson’s wise suggestions on how to rework the kitchen layout and to upgrade the lighting, etc. The apartment came out great.

Everything was upfront and clear. Manh and his crew showed up on time and got the work done as planned with no hiccups. – upgraded our washer machine hoses to braided stainless steel
– installed window shades
– assembled and installed a queen sized Murphy bed
