I knew the grandfather Danto his self I think he was in his 90s when he passed. He knew how to treat people, prices was great, furniture also great. This is all just my opinion. In no way am I trying to slander not cause harm just my experiences.

Funny enough I didn’t pay for setup and the woman on the phone reaffirmed with me that it would be coming in a box needing assembly. To my surprise when the men got here and pulled it off the truck it wasn’t in a box and was fully assembled! That was easily the nicest thing that happened to me for the day. Saving me a lot of time that I would’ve had to spend otherwise, I am very thankful for that kind gesture.

I have called them three times since I payload for my furniture in full. They stated said they’re going to call me back with someone who’s going to come out and look at it and to see and I have never heard back after that nor has someone ever come out to look at the rust on my brand new table that is less than a year old. I’m not happy at all about it. Pictures included to show the rust spots ( hard to get a good picture since a it’s spots)

We were informed during the job of what he was observing . He respectfully gave us information as the repair was ongoing. At the completion of each of the repair/maintenance projects he picked up /cleaned / moved items to their original positions. Nothing was left for us to clean up or pick up following the job/s.
This professional was extremely respectful of our home, appliances, and landscaping. He wore shoe coverings in our home.
My husband and I had never used ACE Handyman services before but would definitely use them again We would highly recommend this company. We will be using them again for our next repair job

A phone call is also made a day or two before to remind homeowner of the appointment. Workman was clearly competent and worked within established parameters. Workman, Jason, was very respectful of property and proactive on calling attention to an issue missed by my insurance inspector.
Michael Griffin rated it 5/5: I had 3 interior doors trimmed and rehung so that they would open and close correctly in the door frame. The doors are in a home built in 1926. They are heavy so when James initially came for his appointment, he determined that he would need someone to assist him to complete the job. We were able to schedule for a return time for James and and apprentice (forgot his name) very quickly. They took great care in removing the door and taking them outside to be trimmed and bringing them back in and rehung. The doors work great now, and they only needed to do minor trimming so they look great too. Some minor paint or stain and they will look better. Evidently they can do that too, but I can easily handle that. Very impressed with them!

Good thing though because the concrete step he did do isn’t holding up. I assume it wasn’t sealed it’s currently crumbling in this cold weather and will have to pay someone else to come do it.

I was in a real pickle when the delivery guys showed up and gave me the bad news of my couch not fitting through my front door EVEN though I called and talked to the furniture people directly about measurements and they assured me it would fit. Well…it didn’t. Called Rick and him and his associate came out on a day that worked for me and provided excellent service. They were in and out in a jiff. Very polite and respectful of my home as well. His communication is great, very friendly and detailed, and their punctuality was on point. I highly recommend Rick! Hopefully this situation never happens again to me because it was very discouraging, but Rick made it a breeze.
