I called on a Friday and was scheduled for Monday. They provided text reminders prior to the appointment. My technician. Jason Rothschild was prompt, and very knowledgeable. I didn’t have all of the material needed for the installation, so he told me what to get, and then I rescheduled for the following morning. Again, he was prompt, and finished the job within a half hour. Great experience – Definitely 5 stars!!

The person sent out for the estimate is the same person who will work on the job. Augustine was professional. He examined my gate problem and let me know the issue wasn’t the battery as I thought it was. Instead it was the circuitry I appreciated him telling me he was unable to fix that problem. He did install my doorbell. Á he was leaving, my friend called him back and asked for an adjustment to the doorbell cameras. Augustine obliged. I appreciated him unpacking his tools to make the adjustment.
Everything turned out fine, but I l deducted 1 Star for being 3 hours late. I don’t mind lateness. I did expect the company HQ to call out text me their person was running late.
Overall I would recommend Mr Handyman.
