I tried the previous weekend to get it into shape and to work but I couldn’t do the work and get the door to line up properly. Thankfully after making the easy appointment with ACE. I had Bryan come out and install the door easily for me in the front here. I need to repaint my door frame a bit [expected since I took off the remaining door] but he let me know of some other ideas I can do to help make the door frame look a little bit more polished in the meantime. Bryan also helped me with estimating some work for a pocket door that I have that needs some work when I save up some money. I’ll be contacting ACE to request Bryan back for sure when I am ready for that pocket door issue. I am really happy I called and has this done as it was WAY cheaper than Lowes by 300 dollars. Thanks guys!

I then dealt with Kimberly White from Envy for my roof.. She was outstanding.Handled my roofing , dealt with Tile company, and my Am Shield insurance company.. Kim was available 24/7 and did a great job.
I highly recommend Envy for anyone dealing with weather damage!

We were very unhappy about the constant delays and the lack of communication. Each week we were told the guys will be there to work on your project and each week no one would show with no call to say why. So each week we had to contact them and ask, what’s the excuse this time around? Deadlines told to us by them weren’t met. Nothing was laid down to protect our flooring between the rooms. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Took very thorough pictures, and told us that all we needed was drywall repair, and that the wood underneath is still good. Appreciated the promptness, professionalism, and honesty. I had talked to Daniel by phone after I had gotten an estimate from a company my plumber recommended for water mitigation (the water tank leaked and flooded)…i did not feel comfortable with their price or process. They had a minimum of 1200 and I knew this was not that large of an issue. I was out of state and this was for my rental property and it was 2 days before Christmas. I definitely needed someone out but I wanted someone to shoot me straight on my situation. Prior to arriving Daniel told me straight and was direct with the process and helped me get an idea on costs too. They did not try to upsell me or my Insurnace like the other companies may. The tech handled the issue and was professional and I was very pleased as were the tenants to the outcome…especially during the holiday weekend. Thank you! Would recommend for an honest evaluation and service.
