They were so responsive in setting up the appointment, they were able to get a team out exactly when we needed and the guys who actually did the disassembly and reassembly… magicians. I was worried because I couldn’t imagine how that would work but WOW. They cut the back of the sofa out to get it to fit and then reassembled it and it truly looks like nothing ever happened to the sofa! AND it took them literally 30 minutes. I couldn’t recommend more!!!! We were STUNNED by the service and how well it all worked out. Best money we ever spent!

This year, I wanted to add a dresser and mirror – same story – I text Kostiatyn in the morning and by 2pm everything was complete. Incredible service – cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

I’ve heard not so good things about IKEA’s delivery service and couldn’t take that stuff on a train so I needed a delivery service like iFurniture to pick up and deliver the items. I had a decent list of items I wanted for my apartment and I really didn’t want to wait close to a month for a delivery that shouldn’t take more than a week. iFurniture is highly rated on Google reviews and Yelp so I decided to give the guys a shot. The delivery fees are a lot cheaper than IKEA and time slots are awesome I couldn’t believe it when they said they would deliver the next day I almost fell out my chair. I don’t give out 5 star reviews often because Im picky about stuff like that but I’m looking forward to my delivery from IKEA with iFurniture tomorrow. I have a GERTON/ODDVALD/BEKVAM/PRUTA/KONICS/FARGRIK/DANKA arriving and very very excited about it all. Like one reviewer said it’s like ordering take out you just sit back and relax. Hopefully they’ll let me take pics of the van and the guys for this review.Update: The delivery went well the driver arrived earlier than scheduled even with the snow. Everything was delivered in perfect condition even the plates and plastic containers. I assembled the furniture myself since it was really easy to do. This is great service to have when you dread going to IKEA 5 stars once again.

After doing some research and asking for a dozen quotes from couch doctors, Ronald replied within minutes to my request. By far, Ronald was most competitive on pricing and timing for my couch. Although our first try at delivery was delayed due to a tropical storm, Ronald was understanding and willing to waive the extra day storage fee. My couch was picked up in NJ, driven to my apartment in Carnegie Hill, disassembled, brought into my home, and reassembled within two hours. This is a guy who is passionate about what he does, and eager to share his trade with the next generation. Ronald is very straightforward, he let me know what types of obstacles could arise in disassembly (needing to bring it up the stairs, additional break down of arms) and the costs associated with them before he began to take it apart. I ended up not needing to pay any additional cost, basic disassembly of the back of the couch was included in my quote. When Ronald tells you he will take care of you, he means that. He let me know when he picked up the couch and an ETA, and was easy to work with during the storm the day prior. Throughout the disassembly/reassembly he was communicative and showed expertise in his field. I highly recommend his services, and you will not be able to find a better price point.

I was so happy with this installation as they made sure that the bed was sturdy enough to be able to handle the daily strain a bed in a hostel is under. We are now not worried of the bed collapsing, not handling, weight, wobbling, or toppling over as it has been secured in all the places it has to be.

The wiring underneath was a total mess and we soon realised that we were out of our depth. It was also the cause of all our other electrical issues in the house. Luckily, I had alex number on hand from a previous job. They came, did a quick and very accurate diagnoses and got to work. They cleaned up all past mistakes and made sure they job was done procedurally. We now feel that if there ever was a time that we removed the light fixture, what we find underneath won’t be a nightmare. Big ups to these guys!

The person who came to estimate was great and highlighted many issues I wasn’t seeing and offered their services to repair such as damaged walls and old lighting. Once work started being an active home the workers secured all hazards and ensured that their was work clean not causing dust to go to the rest of house. Several craftsman told me it’s not worth fixing because it’s too old and the legs are too hard to secure. Vlad was able to stabilize and support the table legs within a half hour. Now the table legs are strong and secure and the table functions again as it was meant to function. Vlad is the best! Highly recommended for whatever work that needs to be done. He’s done a tremendous high quality job fully renovating my apartment which involved skim painting, complex carpentry, flooring, tricky electrical and plumbing, and tiling. He even replaced the old mesh on my window screens. It’s been a large-scale and lengthy project and the final results were phenomenal. Vlad impressed me with his top-notch professional expertise, unique skill set, mild manners and an impeccable work ethics. Throughout my renovation, he had many opportunities to prove he really was the best. He used his many talents to confidently navigate out of so many unpredictable and difficult-to-resolve situations, and was resourceful and inventive. In the end, I was one happy customer. I think of Vlad as a class act and a humble genius in his own right who is always looking outside of the box to find the best solutions. He came highly recommended from some people who said they’ve used him for installing blinds, painting, and doing carpentry work in their apartment and they were highly pleased with his work.
