If you have a project that is beyond your own abilities…do your self a favor and hire this company and get the job done, now. Small list of what I have contracted. Install and re-wire outlets, switches, led fixtures, run new lines for an extra stove, new ventilation fan refit on downdraft system over cooktop, troubleshoot leak in water line to ice maker. One big thing to note is making contact, scheduling are a breeze and note that our recent call for work the contractor was professional, worked and did the job requested quickly and with quality. I liked the fact that he was respectful of our home and took off shoes while working inside. Can’t say that other companies follow.

This set is very sentimental to me . My husband and I picked out the couch set a few years before he passed away so getting rid of it was not an option. Upon meeting Sebastian for our appointment he was very kind and respectful, he came in and repaired one of the reclining pulleys he also diagnosed and fixed the problem with the looseness of all the reclining backs. I also had a security screen door that needed to be installed. It was done in no time. The two gentlemen that came out to install the security door also installed a window shade as a last minute request by me. They had no problem installing that as well. All the jobs they did they were efficient and competitively priced well. Definitely well worth it and to top it off both gentleman that came each time were very polite, and professional. I’ve already called them back again for another project to install a new toilet and they are willing to go pick up the toilet, deliver the toilet, install the toilet and get rid of the old toilet, for a very reasonable price. I’m sure I’ll be calling them again for other things in the future

They helped with our move to our new home and with getting our rental property ready to be rented. At the rental property they removed our mounted televisions and paintings and patched and painted . At our new home they assembled our new furniture as it arrived and fixed the furniture that was assembled incorrectly by other handymen. Our garage gym looks amazing with the rubber flooring they installed perfectly. Every mirror and painting in our home they mounted for us with precision. They also problem solved multiple issues that other handymen were unable to do. We also had them purchase and install our Ring flood cam and alarm. We were so comfortable and amazed at their level of experience that we allowed them to build a mantle for our electric fireplace (see attached picture). If you need any work done at your home and you want a serious professional who takes pride in their work look no further than IHANDYMAN.

They were punctual, polite, tidy and did an excellent job. They had to go to Home Depot to get extra flexible tubing and weren’t going to charge for their extra time and expense. I wouldn’t have it. I highly recommend them.

Chieri Wada rated it 5/5: We are so incredibly happy that we met Joseph for our HVAC needs. Our HVAC system was 19yo and completely shot since we moved into our house in May 2021.
We first reached out to Joseph in June when we couldn't stand the summer heat. He told us that a complete replacement would be necessary (which we had already suspected and wanted) so that all made sense. He walked us through in detail about our current system, what parts are malfunctioning, and why a complete upgrade makes the most sense financially. He also showed us pictures of our attic and the old ductwork that was torn apart and needed to be replaced. Joseph was so professional and thoughtful throughout that entire process and first time meeting. The project estimate was completely reasonable considering he would be replacing our furnace and AC unit, enlarging the air return vent, upgrading all duct work in the attic, and installing an indoor air quality filter. After some discussion, we decided that we wanted to be able to fund the replacement completely and told him that we'll be in touch when we were ready to move forward.

Fast forward to December 2021 when we finally saved up enough money. By this time, we weren't sweating from the summer heat but freezing our butts off from the winter cold! It was consistently around 50deg in our house and practically called Joseph in tears, happy and relieved that we can move forward with the installation! He came to re-inspect all of our equipment and re-quoted us based on updated costs (which we 100% expected because of the current supply issues). He also walked us through rebate options to help save money. His team came out the following week and completed the entire project in 1 day. They protected all the floors and themselves, were super friendly and professional, and completed the installation despite running into a few tricky spots. Joseph taught us how to efficiently heat our home and the ins and outs of easy maintenance. We literally celebrated that night turning the heater on and experienced actual comfort in our own home for the first time this year.

I cannot recommend Joseph enough for his professionalism, value, and overall excellent customer experience. We look forward to having him back to maintain our new HVAC system for years to come 🙂

REBUILDIT installed vinyl plank flooring, did electrical work, plumbing work and painting. Their work was, as usual, exceptional! Niccole Scrogins rated it 5/5: After a pretty significant flood in our home last year, we received 7 bids from different contractors. Igor was the first contractor to provide a bid. His prices were extremely competitive. He took the time to educate us about our options. He was accommodating to our needs and flexible. They worked at a very reasonable pace, and the quality was better than we could have dreamed. Shortly after his team replaced the flooring in our entire home, we had him come back to rebuild the showers in both our bathrooms after buying a very poorly flipped home. Both showers did not drain properly. His team did a beautiful job. I would call them all craftsmen! I cannot imagine using any other contracting company for my home repair/remodel needs.
