When the fix turned out to take only 30 minutes, there was no discount offered and I was obligated to pay the $270 quote, despite the work being much less than estimated. Furthermore when I asked questions about what caused the attic ladder to bend in the first place, the two technicians were non english-speaking and could not offer any advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future, or what they did to fix it.

On top of that, he’s a nice dude. Oh and the price is probably the best you’ll ever find. I really think you should just go with Matt. I’m very certain you should just do it. Trust me.

He showed up with his own tools (pretty nifty ones too!) and finished the project as anticipated. He even gave us input on other things around the house which was helpful.

He cleaned up his messes and came back to check on his work. Matt delivers a 5 star experience and is so friendly I highly recommend his services.

I sent Andrew a message and he was out later that day to install. After providing a few pictures and project details by text, he gave me recommendations for mounting systems. When we encountered a issue with running the cords behind the wall, Andrew quickly came up with a solution and didn’t hesitant to do the extra work. This is the second project he’s done for me, the first was installing a heavy, oversized curtain rod. He is my first call when I need a professional.

Mr. Five rated it 2/5: Great communication. However, my floor has to repair by another handyman. We called CM to repair where there had been water damage on a vinyl plank floor. Because of the placement of furniture the entire room couldn’t be removed and so patchwork had to be done. I didn’t have high expectations because of this, but the work I received was worse than the problem. CM didn’t use the recommended underlayment (which was provided) and stated to my renters that the new planks had water damage (they’re waterproof/vinyl and don’t swell from water) and so the there was unevenness. The unevenness came from overlapping a new underpayment over the old causing a rise in some areas. Furthermore, a smaller plank wasn’t even adhered and a gaps between planks were noticeable and left the floor now not waterproof.
When I texted asking about the 3 year warranty that was stated at the beginning of the job (knowing only a portion could be removed) suddenly my job didn’t qualify because they couldn’t replace the entire floor. The response I received was to use loctite glue because when they left it was fine. This wasn’t a big job, and it didn’t pay too much. But sadly I’ll have to pay more to fix the poor craftsmanship from CM. Not sure how they received 5 stars from each person because my 2 was rather generous.

He originally came over to mount 2 TV’s and build 2 bunk beds but was very flexible when I asked him to hang an additional 2 more TVs and build a large dollhouse. He got the TVs mounted quickly and then started building the beds. My 2 young kids were very curious and eager to help and will was very patient with them and let them help him. He was very easy to talk to and get along with and he was great with my kids. I would def hire him again and I’ve already recommended him to a family friend that needs some work done.

And there was a burnt out bulb in the front and he cleaned it out and replaced it. He’s so helpful finding some issues at my house that I don’t even notice my self which I need help about that! I really recommend him and his work! I will be using him for here and out for my handyman!

He was not sure at first he could come out as soon as I needed him to.Not long after speaking with him, he figured out a way to squeeze us in and came out that same day. He was very professional. And he had floor covering to use while he assembled our cabinets to prevent debris from littering our floors. He assembled the furniture perfectly. He also removed all boxes and trash associated with the assembled furniture without being asked.
