Rick did a walk-through with us, listened as we shared with him the items we wanted addressed before we put it back on the market, and he provided us with recommendations on other upgrades we could make, in a variety of cost ranges. The scheduling was convenient, and the response time was always quick whenever we had questions. When Bill and David did the repairs, they were wonderful to work with, and Rick was always available to monitor their work and keep the job moving.

Luckily Jaime responded quickly within 15 mins and reassured that he could get the job done. Jaimie and his colleague came out on time and did a great job. John and his partner came over on the same day and determined the issue in no time, they mentioned all of the details of what should be done and I agreed to proceed with the repair. Within two days the leaking issue was completely resolved and I was provided with a super nice warranty. I highly recommended John’s service!
