Smith Thompson is so much more affordable for (in my opinion) equal if not better quality of services. I’m paying about a third of the price for the premium package with Smith Thompson compared to the most basic package with ADT. On top of that, their customer service is fantastic. I know ADT has been hassling my neighbors, Smith Thompson will very kindly take your service when you go to them. No hassling, just straight and to the point with helpful information.

They have great options, and the tech that set my stuff up was 100%. He was open, communicative, honest, explained things, and didn’t push any additional sales onto me. He was just a genuine smart and nice guy who was super helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. It’s been a couple of weeks since they got me set up, and I have zero complaints with the system!

Additionally, what’s cool is that they give you the option of either having a traditional “in the wall” keypad setup or having a device that’s mobile and on something that’s like an iPad. I can move it to my bedroom if I want, and I can keep it by the door I go out of the most of I want too. Having the options and flexibility is great.

Finally, during COVID I think it’s important to support local businesses. They are Texas based and don’t have binding contracts, so if you’re for some reason unhappy (which you probably won’t be) you can always leave. A lot of the other bigger companies really don’t create the business model off of you as the customer, so there’s a lot of benefits to sticking to a smaller local company that can provide everything you need with great affordable prices! Keep up the good work Smith Thompson, I’ll continue to recommend y’all to people who are looking!>

Not surprisingly, the hardware and operating systems of these units has changed quite a bit. We are not digital natives!!! Akeem came over, installed our new equipment, and patiently showed us how to manage our system through our phones. After spending a good chunk of the day with us, he set out for another job. We made a list of things we didn’t understand or wanted to adjust, and Akeem came out to address all of those issues as well. I can’t recommend Swiff enough. Great product, great service.

It seems like every company out there will only install their own equipment and charge you a subscription service. Not Swiff Security. The owner came and walked the property with me on Thursday and was scheduled for install the very next week. If I could add more stars to this rating, I would, so let this review say 5++++++ !Akeem is a man of his word. Such an incredible Owner who takes pride and passion in his work, as every Owner should. Reached out for a quote and Akeem was extremely professional. Arrived early and on the day we were to walk the premise to discuss what it is that we wanted. Conversations were so professional and such a great experience. Akeem listened and offered suggestions.
We continued to search and obtain other quotes, but knew we would end up with Swiff Security and sure did! The day of installation, Akeem walked the property once more to confirm all it is that we were getting, per our initial conversation. Within minutes, installation was in the works alongside Michael and Javonte. All these guys are incredible and great at what they do!

They worked well together and got the job done within hours. Such a great experience, and the cameras – my goodness… perfection. Not enough words for this security company. Prices are very competitive. I would strongly recommend!
