Then in January of 2020, a few of the cameras went out, and I called them again to help me assess the situation.They responded right away, and told me that there were some wiring issues, and rather than piecemeal the job, they recommended moving to an all high definition system. They gave me a very reasonable quote, and did all the work in only one day. After installing the cameras we had some infrared reflection issues. They then came out again and adjusted/replaced the cameras, and now the system is working great!
When you select a firm to do your camera security, it is imperative that they are competent, timely and offer good customer service, as there are technical issues that come up. With Aaron at 3 Factor Security, we found all those elements and more. Always informative and friendly, he was a pleasure to work with.

I’ve already recommended 3 Factor to two associates who need surveillance camera systems. Their excellent service makes them stand out above many of the other tech companies I originally researched.

They are very honest and direct about the costs to install, and which kind of cameras will work best with your needs. I highly recommend them.

Service has been spotty for years; buffering became quite customary.I had done my due diligence and now I find myself added to a long list of satisfied five-star clientele. For starters, he quickly assessed the situation, drew from his knowledge bank of solution subsets and executed a perfect landing.
On the day of job, his crew of four men (two vans) arrived promptly at 9 a.m. as scheduled. This work can be arduous at times, but you could tell they came prepared. It’s rare, but rewarding to find people these days that have found their purpose/calling in life. In about 2 hours, the new 6 camera installation was complete (although already wired) with accompanying DVR.

His assistant patiently reviewed the instructions – including playback and record features – and before I knew it, they were on their way.

Some people succeed by what they know, some by what they do, and few by what they are. Alex (et al.) has succeeded as Camera Integration Specialists at all three.

I am thankful to have met them. Mainly, their knowledge, service and diligence to see a job to its conclusion is admirable. In fact, I have since hired them for yet another property. So, enough with the accolades – make this your first and last stop. You will not be disappointed.

I called 3-4 companies before Mani and 2 of them said they couldn’t do what Mani was able to do. Mani is always available when I have questions on my unit. We installed 9 cameras including 3 wireless and they work great. Prices?? They were the best priced of all 4 companies. Don’t bother calling others just give Mani a call and you will not regret it.
