I was leaving on a trip the next day and had issues with Android Auto.I called the store, all the technicians were gone, so the manager had one call me from home after hours. Great guy, very polite and he was genuinely interested in helping me.
After exhausting all possibilities to fix the problem, I later learned that 2 different charging cords of mine were bad. Grrr!

Bottom line, I would definitely use them again and will refer them to others.

If you are losing your blue link , this is the place to add a system that is súper close to what blue link is .Omar the owner was not only am encyclopedia of knowledge about what my car needed bit in addition did not try to upsell me in any way
He simply explained the options to me and let me decide.

In addition i wanted to change out my stock 7inch screen so that I could have android auto in my car. He went out and checked my car and came back and told me that i already had it and that i need to plug it in a certain way for it to work. Yep….I’m a genius!

John turned out to be extremely knowledgeable about the product he sold me, took the time to explain what likely went wrong with the previous one,and provided an overall experience that was top notch.

They really need a new car key guy. My wife took a new key I got from the internet to get cut, I had removed the fob and battery from the original and new key since they cannot be cut with the battery in them. She comes back with it and the case is different and will not fit the new FOB in it. So we head back. The couple that was behind the counter was very nice, called in the car guy. He right away hits us with a major attitude problem. Says he damaged the original and grabbed a different blank and didn’t say anything. Then proceeded with a 2 min diatribe and finally pulls out a cutting tool to remove the extra plastic piece in the corner and tosses it back and say that is the last he wants to here about it and that they don’t guarantee car keys bought elsewhere. I understand that things are not guaranteed, he could have just been honest up front and left the attitude out. Likely to never go back even though in the past they have done house keys and others without issues.
