All of my interactions with NCA have been good. I’m not crazy about the phone app to arm/disarm the system as it often fails to connect and work. So, we just use the keypad instead and hope the phone app will be improved soon. I’ve used NCA in the past at a prior residence and have never had a bad experience with them.

Very cool guy who wasn’t too pushy.The installation was completed by Maurilio, and he was also professional and helpful in navigating through the security panel and app once installation was complete. He installed all of the equipment very neatly and got it all done with a couple hours!!
Maurilio knew that I wanted to install the panel on one specific wall, but there wasn’t an electrical outlet so he improvised and wired through a closet to the next closet outlet to accommodate my request.

Mike took the time after completing the install to explain everything without making me feel rushed. There were things that I asked multiple times, but that did not bother him at all. His main concern was my safety. Mike followed up after my install to see if I had any questions & if I did in the future that I can call him. Another great thing is that you do not have to sign a contract. When you offer great service as Alpha Security I can imagine you really don’t need contracts very much. I have no reason to think about going with any other company. My security needs are totally satisfied. There should be more people in business with Mike’s ethics.
