I was so thankful to find Reed Brothers way way way down on Google’s list of 24 hour locksmiths. Andre from Reed Bros was available and he arrived within 30 minutes as promised. He quickly opened the door (and Voila!) George entered his house! Andre is a life saver! Better yet, Andre was professional, courteous well dressed and patient. Andre patiently waited while my neighbor George shakily wrote his check as a payment. Thank you Andre and Thank you Reed Brothers.

They are knowledgeable, and have a HUGE inventory to make things happen as soon as same day (so uncommon these days when everything is shipping-delayed).Their work was top-notch, and they promptly addressed and helped fix the minor concerns I had had after installation (some of which boiled down to me not understanding the new unit)
You can (I have MANY times) order pieces and do it yourself to safe a few bucks, but it is a SMALL price to pay for the service, professionalism, and warranty. I will be back

HT V rated it 5/5: Needed to replace the stereo system in my new Winnebago Revel Sprinter Van. The system Mercedes installed is super super cheap. Ray the owner and installation crew were very helpful in specifying the right system. I showed up to my scheduled appointment to drop off the van for a couple of days. Since it’s 10′ high, it couldn’t fit into the garage. So instead of sending me home/away, Ray and team prioritized my work and I waited for about 4 hours. Now the sounds system is so superior, and sure am enjoying it! I need to stop by to fine tune the system, and perhaps add to it. I’d recommend you calling Ray if you need help with car audio.

I reached out to John on a Friday afternoon about installing video cameras. He got back to me immediately, and we scheduled his visit for the next day (Saturday). He gave me an estimate that very same day. I asked him several follow up questions over the weekend, and regardless of the time and day, he responded immediately.John was so responsive and knowledgeable that we didn’t bother shopping around with other vendors. We signed up on a Monday, and two days later, John and his team were at the house installing the cameras. The team was very efficient and organized. The cameras wires were neatly placed, and the team cleaned up everything after they are done. John made sure everything works, including my garage doors were closed properly (totally outside the scope of his work), before he left. I would definitely recommend John and his team to everyone. I wish all vendors were like John — responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Stuart Block rated it 5/5: This review is long overdue – and now especially well-earned based on how well our system has held up and John’s incredible responsiveness when we had to relocate a portion of our system to accommodate some remodeling.John was referred to me in 2016 by a good friend in the real estate industry who hired John for several commercial projects as well as his own home. John had thoughtful (and very clear) recommendations for a six-camera home security system. We met with one other vendor and selected John based on his knowledge and his price (as well as my friend’s recommendation). His guys were neat and clean and efficient on the install and did a great job of hiding the cables. John was frequently on-site to oversee the work. John walked me through the setup on my laptop and phone and the system has been working for us ever since.
Most impressively, any time I have called John since 2016 (including tonight!) with a minor question or the occasional troubleshooting issue (mostly due to a change of phone or computer on my end), he has been incredibly quick to respond and has never charged me another dime, including making a visit to my house to assist on one occasion. Really outstanding service from a very stand up guy.

Our company has multifamily and commercial buildings all over San Francisco and in other areas of the USA. Our tenants & residents are grateful we invested in the buildings and have more piece of mind for safety. We just recently had SFPD come to review footage and commented on how clear, and easy to playback very necessary videos from the week prior were.
If I call John and he doesn’t pick up I always get a call back within the hour. We literally fired the old company after numerous attempts trying to troubleshoot glitches and poor customer service. John is very direct and we appreciate all his insight and expertise. Great company to deal with very flexible. He usually gives us a few options with different quality products, but did not hassle us for all the upsells. He focused on what was important for our business needs. He was not a pushy sales person and just explained the benefits and how each option would help us. Throughout the portfolio we have been able to add value by replacing the old existing systems.
If you’re in the market for a new security system, I highly encourage you to at least reach out to John as he is always willing to price match.

The gentleman that came to my house unfortunately I can’t remember he’s name was well mannered and friendly he did an impeccable job mounting my tv on the wall, the work was to a very high standard he went above and beyond and showed me how to use my new tv and just did a few extra bits which he didn’t have to do and also cleaned up after himself. The communication with the company in particular with Abraham was great they got straight back to me when I contacted them they were very informative answered all my questions and the price was amazing better then all the other company’s I contacted for quotes and it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this company, you won’t regret it!
