Daniel Melo rated it 5/5: Took in my 2017 Brz subi.. brought in my own Boss Stereo (9inch single din) they did an amazing job. They tried to save my stock camera but werent able too so they installed a new one for me.. this one is 10x better than my old one. And i can actually keep on my camera while driving to see traffic behind me. Everything works great and I’m satisfied with it so far. Looking forward on going back soon to install some speakers.

The owner will personally return calls and give follow ups. They notice anything that looks even the slightest bit out of place and inform me immediately with photos and written reports. If ever I receive an alarm notification, and am unable to physically get to the property, I can always count on VP to go check things out as a first pass. They are very thorough and I also appreciate that the guards are all very professional – in both appearance and conduct. Having VP gives me peace of mind that the property is well protected. My carbon dioxide detector was beeping like crazy and, although I easily removed it from the ceiling, it wasn’t intuitive how to open the back to replace the battery. My call to Black Eagle was answered immediately and after texting a photo, I was told exactly where to place pressure with a screwdriver to release the casing to access the battery. I wasn’t a customer when I made the phone call, but I sure will be in the future! If I get such quick & responsive expertise for a simple matter, I’m sure they will treat me well if I require service, repair, testing, maintenance or monitoring for any fire alarm or security system.

The first time was four years ago when she and her husband just moved in to their new home. The job then was to rekey all the the door locks. Darrin was very helpful and did a great job helping them to understand the work needed and then doing that work.
One of the brilliant moves that Darrin does is he puts his company name and phone # on the keys he makes for you— no more searching for a locksmith or trying to remember who you used before… We liked his work for us before and wanted to work with him again. We needed to have him install a new deadbolt lock in the front door. He offered suggestions for placement of the lock and finished the job promptly and we are extremely satisfied.
We will call Darrin again if we are in need of locksmith services.

Both installations were absolutely first-rate. Staff at this company is extremely responsive — we’ve had a couple of sensors fail over the time we’ve had the system, and I think the longest we’ve waited for a repair technician was 20 minutes. The level of service here is nothing short of astonishing. Could not be more pleased with this company and recommend them highly.

After a useful on-site discussion, the work was done on time and with minimal fuss or mess. The cost was actually slightly less than the estimate, and the system does everything promised. When one of the cameras turned out to be quite noisy (apparently due to an internal fan), it was removed and replaced at no charge. Now I have a high-quality IP-based recording system protecting the house. These folks are honest and competent, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others in need of improved security systems for home or business.

Definitely highly recommended for anyone looking for an alarm system (for sure you will have an experience that exceeds all of your expectations–way better than all the competitors and those “cookie-cutter” companies out there!).

Larry and his staff were always responsive and did a great job, as the house was very large.Bought a new house in Carmel. Decided to use Comcast for the alarm, as they had a package deal with cable, etc. and The Alarm Company is located in Campbell. What a mistake! There was nothing but problems with the installation. They sub’d out the alarm installation to contractors. I had nothing but issues and the alarm didn’t work. I called Larry and asked if he could come install a new alarm system at the house.
Ken came to the house with another employees and they installed the alarm and I haven’t had any issues ever since. Wish I would have done this from the start!

Highly recommend The Alarm Company. Would never use Comcast for an alarm, as their customer service is bad enough for their cable and phone service, why would I want to subject myself to more issues with Comcast?
