As a photosensitive sleeper I can’t believe what a difference they have made in my sleep, by darkening my sleeping environment, and providing privacy without obstruction. They’re just wonderful! (I only wish we had learned about them years ago.) The whole transaction from inception to completion went smoothly, and Nate’s customer service after our install has been ‘above and beyond’ as well. He even helped us out when we were learning the controls and were having an issue, and although the issue was just user error on our part, he patiently walked us through it without making us feel bad for taking his time. We will not hesitate to call or refer him the next time someone we know is in the market. I highly recommend!

He followed up with a picture of my house that clearly showed where the cameras would be attached. Thereafter, very personable Vince, called to fit the project into their busy schedule. Technicians, Drew and Marco, arrived on time. They were terrific to work with throughout the day with what was not at all an easy job, due to the layout of my house and the fact that R-30 fiberglass installation was previously blown into the attic. So sorry Marco! Somehow, they maintained an upbeat attitude and the install came out perfect. Eric then arrived and by looking at a computer monitor advised Drew who was outside to tweak each of the camera positions. If you want a dependable company, this is the one to hire. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair part of the problem on the spot. The other problem will need equipment replacement which he explained completely on my “level.” I am happy to refer this company and Jamie, in particular, to anyone and everyone who needs security cameras or needs repairs. The entire staff I spoke with is courteous, and knowledgeable and their pricing is very reasonable. We will be dealing with them exclusively in the future.

He took the time to answer numerous questions and offered several different options. When we had narrowed it down to two suppliers, Luis came out and gave us a live demonstration on the caliber of cameras that we were purchasing.Surveillance Technology Inc. was quick to schedule an installation date for us. Our install team, lead by Jamie, did a seamless install. They were extremely polite, quick to do the install and ensured that our property was left immaculate.

He was very professional, honest, promised us prompt response and even took the time to walk the entire property. I am so happy that we choose his company for our surveillance needs and professional advice. Luis has been with us since 2021 and has made several installations. The results have all been outstanding clear picture, easy viewing and storing.I would like to especially point out an installation done this week at our Marina. His wonderful techs led by Jaime, performed a cable installation where a “dinghy” had to be used. Fighting hightide and waves they managed to install approximately 1 mile of cable and deliver the best video viewing on all cameras. I will recommend Luis and his company to anyone looking for surveillance equipment hands down.

I have no regrets choosing STI. Very professional and honest organization that has been around for 20+ years in Tampa. Our HOA community wanted a modern gate access entry system and improved RF auto tag technology. I have been using Maximum Security for a few years now and during our initial consultation Matt was very up front and honest with his recommendations which saved me from spending a good amount of $ on things I really didn’t need.My system and service at home has been great and I just had to contact him today due to a code I was getting on my control panel. He responded right away and a tech was out at my home this afternoon to take care of the issue.
