We were calling around desperately trying to find someone to help us figure out why our security panel kept beeping for days on and off. ADT said they couldn’t do anything unless we switched to them. Another company said they don’t know how to help. I stumbled across Hitech and they immediately said to take pictures of the smoke alarms in my house and the security panel and text it to them. Less than an hour later they called to tell me what the problem is and how to fix it! They didn’t ask for anything in return except when we plan to get monitoring again to contact them. Needless to say we DEFINITELY we definitely will be once we choose to monitor again! The nicest and most helpful company out there!

He was able to unlock my car and retrieve my keys ($80), but the there was a large and noticeable gap in my door frame where water and wind can easily come through.
Contacted the Corey and the company about the issue and was happy with the quick responses and communication. They came back out to fix the gapping in my door by bending it back in place.
3 stars for the purpose of my lockout service and their great communication, but I did not expect this 20 minute service to extend over 3 days.

When it finally stopped working I was kind of worried we would be stuck and have to change the locks. Maybe that’s nuts but with high tech keys who knows. Anyway, I called Royal Locksmith and they were there in maybe 10 minutes. A guy named Payton arrived and we laughed at my sorry looking nub of a key. He said, “No Problem” and I had two new keys in my hand about 10 minutes later. He even lubed the lock cylinders so everything works like new. It was funny comparing the old key to the new one. He was amazed it even worked at all. Payton was great, super friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend them for lightning fast response, great work, and friendly service.

We met with Ed, the owner of the company, and were informed from the beginning that wait for a generator was about 6 months due to this new Covid world we live in, where there is a shortage of so many products. Ed personally kept us informed on the progress of the order and actually delivered the generator ahead of the original estimated timeframe. Once received, the generator was installed very quickly. A very professional team poured a concrete slab to host the generator and the next day they returned to set up the generator and and run a gas line through out attic to connect the generator. The generator was beautifully installed. All of the electrical and gas lines that were mounted on the exterior of our house were done very nicely and the installation team was extremely professional and great with communication and instruction of how to use the generator and maintain the generator. Having had 3 power outages since the installation, we are very happy we made this purchase. Ed and his team did such a great job, we have hired them to replace our HVAC system. As with the generator, there have been delays as they wait to receive all of the equipment we need, but the communication has been great and we look forward to our new spray foamed attic and A/C system! Ed personally and meticulously measured the interior of our house and even the thickness of the windows. He input the data into some fancy program and we got over 20 pages of data that said we could downgrade to a 3 ton unit, from a 5 ton unit with the addition of the spray foam. Ed really “designed” our system specifically to address problems we have cooling parts of our house with the current system we have. I received quotes from two other companies to replace the HVAC system and both did not spend more than 20 minutes at my house before putting together a quote. One company didn’t even go into the attic to see what we have! The time and attention to detail we received from Comfort Engineered Systems far surpasses what we expected and received from the other two quotes. While the delays associated with Covid are frustrating when buying so many products these days, I am very optimistic that our project will be completed soon. I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism we receive from Comfort Engineered Systems! We were referred to them by 3 neighbors who are all very happy customers.

I advised the company and they said to send it back right away and they will get a replacement to me. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, they did not have anymore of the cameras in stock. In fact, no one did. I asked them to let me know when one came in. I received follow-up emails from their staff regularly, reminding me that they hadn’t forgotten about me. Finally, when they received new cameras they reached out to let me know and send it to me. I was actually shocked with how responsive and proactive their company was.
