He found me exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to upsell me like a couple other places I called. The owner was super nice when I went in to get the install. Just the way he acts and jokes makes you feel welcome! They even went outta their way to fix my USB in my truck for no extra cost. Xavier came out and patiently explained all the controls to me. I will definitely be back again when I need any speakers or a new stereo for my other vehicle. Great group of workers.

IMO these guys rock so if you want awesome quality workmanship and fair pricing this is the only place to go in the Oklahoma city area and my son’s new system freakin hits hard!!!

I recently purchased a home with an alarm system from the 1970s that operated with a key (not a key pad, an actual KEY), and – despite the alarm not having service – it still managed to go off quite loudly, much to the dismay of my neighbors, their dogs, and myself…as I stood by unable to make the alarm stop. The maker of the alarm was no longer in business. I tried calling electricians to dismantle it. They all said they could not help me. After calling several local alarm companies to help me, to no avail, Bonnie with Alcom Security Systems went out of her way to get me the help that I needed and an appointment in the same day! I wasn’t even their customer yet! Highly, highly recommend! She even followed up with me later once the issue was resolved. Wonderful employee! Wonderful support. Wonderful company! I will be back! Customer for life!

They actually had to call the manufacturer to figure out how to disassemble. They left the car in perfect condition and the remote start works great WITH MY FACTORY FOB. Prices are very reasonable and would highly recommend these guys.Steve the manager was very nice and straight forward. I asked about the “glue splicing” negative review below and he explained it was performed 8 years ago and done by a previous installer that no longer works there. They use T-taps to splice which seems to be a well respected method. I have attached pictures of their work for proof of t-taps! No worries as to them not splicing correctly.

They arrived in the early part of their time window. The installers were very knowledgeable, clean, and nice. They gave us a great tutorial on our new doorbell camera and how the new app worked. The system is far more advanced than anything I thought I could afford. We can’t wait to add some more of the extras soon! We love the new system. Thank amped!

All businesses should take note of how to properly take care of their customers like AMPED does. They are prompt and courteous.Knowledgeable in their field. Joe the owner returns your calls promptly. We had another security company and wanted to change and upgrade adding video camera’s.A friend has had amped for 5 yrs and loved there service. I researched several company’s and decided to call, the lady that answered was very friendly and I told her what I was wanting. Within 20 minutes Joe called and we talked for a long time. I was so impressed that I set up an install date. I had to call him back two more times with more questions before install. On day of install they called 30 minutes prior to time frame to say they were on there way. Joe and Corey walked around with me discussing further of what I wanted and what would work best. Love our new security system and video cameras.The price paid was a very good deal as is the monthly monitoring price. Also loved the fact that they were very careful in regards to our property and clean up. Trust me give these guys a call you won’t regret it.
