I contacted Sevan to completely redo the hardware and could not believe the quick responses. They offer hardware to completely change out the knobs, but also we’re fine with us supplying our own. The quote was very fair for both! I also appreciate a company being professional and emailing a real invoice not just throwing out a number. We had the work done today and they did a flawless job installing and rekeying all our exterior doors. They were also extremely on time and we didn’t even have to ask them to wear a mask which is very considerate. I would tell all my neighbors to use them!

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and George was at my place right on time at 8 this morning. I had lost the sole key to my car, and he was able to make me a new key with FOB in about 15 minutes. George was professional and kind, and the process was so much easier and cheaper than going to the dealership! Highly recommend.

Thankfully Sevan Locksmith was in the ‘close to you’ search and after reading his reviews, he was the one I called. He ordered a new FOB for me and scheduled an appointment.I was happily surprised when he called me 24 hours before our appointment to reschedule because the FOB hadn’t arrived yet. On our appointment Saturday, he called and asked if he could come early (how rare and pleasant is that!). He did such a good job. He was courteous, clean, responsive to my questions and our condo building will hopefully be using his services in the future.
I recommend George highly. The internet is sometimes a scary place and when you’re stressed over keys and locks, it’s nice to know there’s someone honest and responsive to rely on.

When the business was sold, we were dismayed that our first communication was a rent raise. I sensed the new owners tried to be customer oriented . . but it was until Laura came aboard that I found excellence and warmth again. The office is now very available and calls are returned quickly and not through an answering service. when keys are lost and payments needing attention, Laura is very detailed oriented and attends to these issues quickly. Thus, when the owners hired Laura, they brought back the feeling of neighborhood along with excellent customer service.I give the highest grade to Island Security Self Storage under Laura’s management.

Washington Alarm promptly provided all of my alarm logs for the time period in question, they did everything possible to make me feel safe. The information they provided will be very useful when I go to court. For the 5 plus years I have had Washington Alarm’s service my equipment functioned without issue, I was able to reach a real person (a local person) any time of the day or night and everyone was always pleasant, helpful and respectful. I have decided to sale my house because of the traumatic experience I had in December with the intruders. Though I know that I am safe because of extra precautions taken, I can’t get over the psychological impact the ordeal has had on me. I highly recommended to the new owners of my house that they continue the service with Washington Alarm. In my opinion this company is outstanding.
