Kristen Gem rated it 1/5: I hired Molly Maids to do a move out cleaning for my apartment. A move out cleaning with 2 maids cost me $287.00 with a 24 hour cleaning guarantee. You would think that if a cleaning company offers you a guarantee it's because they do such a great job they don't need to come back out. That is not the case. They didn't clean out my cabinets (as agreed upon, didn't mop or clean floors or baseboards, they didn't clean bathtub, or bathtub tiles or shower tile, they tried to clean the toilet, but left behind there were (head) hairs around the bottom of the toilet that were not mine (different color). They sent 2 maids to clean – and it looked as if only one maid cleaned half of my apartment.
They only thing that gives them a one is the guarantee. They have to have it because they don't clean well the first time around and they know it. They came out a second time with a supervisor to observe cleaning and it was better – passed apartment inspection. I moved an hour a way, so in the end I spent over 3 additional hours in travel time to verify a job they should have done right the first time and had to postpone my move out day with the apartment.

I don't buy the 4.8 star rating. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have left a Google review at all, except that I just found a note they left with the receipt that said – Please Review Us! Google.

Advise to Molly Maids – (1) Company – offer a guarantee because you know you offer top notch service and guarantees are used few and far between (2) Maids Team #3, be sure that if you are going to leave a Google Review note that you are confident you are going to get 5 stars.

Dallas maids responded swiftly and handled my requests (such as calling 30 minutes prior) so I can open/close the door while I worked throughout the day else where. Reina was sent and I had no issues with the quality of the cleaning, everything went smoothly.
I also requested for a carpeting service that they seem to contract for (Don's Carpet Cleaning) and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned more carpets in swiftly and the carpet looks fantastic. He was also friendly and answered the questions I had in regards to carpets. If I ever move back to Texas I would definitely re-use all the services they provide.

Great communication and was able to work around my ever changing schedule. I'm happy I chose this company and will continue to use them. They also offer discounts on Mondays and Tuesdays. I have a spinal condition so it's hard to clean my floors and bathroom like I want it so I'm glad I found a service that can assist my needs.

Em rated it 5/5: The BEST maid service in all of the Dallas area! Very organized with letting you know when they’ll arrive, they even give a tracker so you can see where they are and their ETA! They clean my apartment and do small miscellaneous things that I enjoy and appreciate so much. I really like Jackie, she is super responsive and helps me communicate with the team to get them up to my apartment.
I've included a bunch of pictures from the service I received today, but also a few from past services cause there were things I really appreciated and thought I should share. 🙂

I do weekly house keeping with them and here's some of the miscellaneous things they do that I don't expect but REALLY appreciate. It makes me feel like they put a lot of love into cleaning my apartment and I definitely can see it.

– They clean my dishes and load them into the dishwasher without me asking so I can start it after they have left.
– They fold all the blankets in my apartment and neatly stack them where they were left. Which is appreciated since some of my blankets are my dog's and I don't like them touching my clean blankets.
– They usually pick up my dogs scattered toys and neatly stack them in her toy basket.
– They clean my computer case's glass and my monitor screens which I really appreciate so so much! (I've included a video of my work at home office to show you how cozy they've made it!!)
– They neatly stacked my Olaf family this previous service which I found really funny and appreciated, haha.
– They make my bed and always folds the extra blankets and leave them there. I always feel super cozy getting into bed on the days they clean my apartment.
– They fold the clean towels I leave in my tub and I put them away after they leave.
– They also neatly place my makeup products after they've cleaned my bathroom counters.
– This previous time they STAMPED my toilet paper which was a super small but nice touch, it felt like I was unpacking a toilet paper roll from a hotel.

For what you’re paying it’s definitely worth it to have them come by once a week or even every other. I will be with them for a long time. 🙂 Thank you so much!

The floorboards and windows sills were dusty and there were left over bits of carpet and since I work long shifts it wasn’t something I really wanted to deal with. Reyes arrived at 9:30 and was finished by 12:30. They cleaned the bathrooms and bedrooms, floors, baseboards, fans, everything mentioned on the site. I was so happy to arrived to clean floors and the smell of fresh cleaner! They also wiped the blinds and cabinets inside and out. It was awesome. Griselda, Luis, and Diego were all very kind and also did a full walkthrough with me to make sure everything was to my liking. Would definitely recommend!
Rodrigo Sarmento rated it 1/5: Would not schedule Reyes Cleaning service if you actually want them to show up. Used them in the past, and they were good. However, the last two times we used them they’ve come late — and not an hour or two late, no, they give a 10AM window and then show up at 4:30PM or later. Today was the last straw — communicated our complaints on how late they’ve been recently and they assured it would not be an issue. We took our dog to daycare for the day and we’re told they’d be there in the AM. Low and behold, it’s now 5:01PM and they have not yet come by, and they didn’t even THINK to update us until after we reached out them. My wife called their main number and the operator was completely dismissive, and rescheduled us to Friday without saying much else. Of course, Friday doesn’t work for us so they were absolutely useless.
So my recommendation is that if you actually need something cleaned, stay away. If you want to just have an appointment scheduled for no reason, then use Reyes Cleaning.
Viable Contractors rated it 1/5: I had Reyes Cleaning quote a 5,600 square foot property that we had just remodeled. After receiving their price I approved it and scheduled for the following week. I though it was unusual that they required payment prior to sending a crew to clean, but since I had been referred to them by a close friend I trusted that they would show up and clean the property as promised. But, they didn't show up for their appointment 3 times in a row and then when they finally showed up they walked off the job site and refused to clean the property. Upon speaking with their office staff, they still refused to clean the property so I asked for a refund onto cleaning fee, which they agreed to. But when they refunded the fee, it was not the full amount. I am still trying to get the rest of the fee that I paid them. Beware, this is how Reyes Cleaning does business

The lack of consistency in personnel and the work was simply unacceptable. I feel like I had to call about something every single week – from products and tools that were left at my home to areas that simply were not cleaned.

Ownership is clearly not personally involved and management did not follow up as they stated many times that they would.

After months of trying to make it work, I am moving on.

Kaela, Sam and Simone did a fantastic job and would love them to come back and clean again! We are going to start using this service 2x a month because of their professionalism! The whole process went so easy and smooth, with a couple of different packages depend on your needs. My house has been emptied for nearly a year, pretty dusty, thanks to Ihayla and Elijah for being so nice and professional, they also pay attention to details, and my home has never looked this clean and fresh! Will definitely go back if needed!

I am so happy I selected this company and highly recommend their services. The communication is great, the quote accurate and a great value for all that they do. Setting up with their on-line app was a bit of a pain but once done, we were able to confirm scheduling and price. Wish the online had the ability to see the two people who did clean our house.A real bonus is the cleaners are thoroughly vetted and bonded.
As for the cleaning, they did an excellent job. Once completed, they left a signed checklist as to what was accomplished so you knew what had actually been done. Really like that feature. The two people that cleaning our house spent about 2.5 hours. We thought the price was a little steep but the quality was very high. As an added unexpected service, they made "flowers out of the kleenex in the boxes, artistically folded the toilet paper ends , and the towels like one finds in a higher end hotel. Overall, we would recommend their service

When I called Emily’s Maids they were very professional and the initial setup process was really simple. When the cleaning team arrived early on the scheduled day and went right to work. Our next visit will be fourth of many to come.Tbh, Sonya & Liliana are a great team to have. They do a fantastic job and are easy to work with, I really can’t praise them enough. So if you are looking for a good reliable cleaning service, call Emily’s Maids.
Kelsey Keys rated it 4/5: We booked Emily's Maids while on our wedding trip so that we could come home to a clean house. We booked the "deep clean," and our cleaner did a wonderful job. She really did get the baseboards, ceiling fans, appliances and window shades and made everything look fabulous. For a small, 3-bedroom home it was $300. It was a splurge for us but it was definitely worth it! Especially for those hard-to-clean places that we never want to clean ourselves. The estimate said it would take 7 hours but she was in and out in about less than 3 hours – I couldn't believe one person was able to do everything so quickly and was nervous we'd come back to a half-done job, but it was great! My only reason for 4 stars is that she left our door unlocked when she left. I believe she thought she locked it but didn't quite get it closed. Otherwise loved it and would use again!

The suggested time of 2 hours was what I was predicted, but it was done less than an hour. The space was mostly empty and we were hoping it would be focused on the bathroom and kitchen where it needed to be cleaned the most. The maid was super nice and the process of booking was easy, but hoped for the price the result could’ve been better.
