They are also willing to add or remove services month to month with advance notice to work with what we actually need – rather than just going through a checklist. Scheduling was easy and they offer an online portal which is incredibly convenient. After several months of service I am comfortable saying their employees always put in the hard work to truly clean our home. We have two Golden Retrievers and our floors are always a bit overwhelming. Their team has never complained about the extra fur and Chanzee even managed to save a rug I thought was irredeemable. Only good things to say about Two Gals from me.

The second clean was acceptable, though not impressive, but weeks later I was charged for it after all when the cleaner claimed it took them $200 of extra time. My house was really standard project with no complications (2 bedroom house, lived in for only one year and cleaned frequently).
It seems the cleaners can report any amount of time spent on a job that they’d like, with no oversight. They do not communicate with you at all; you will not know what time they are coming or when they are finished. I’m not sure what they did for multiple hours during my reservation, but it certainly wasn’t cleaning my house.
I have corresponded with the company for several weeks trying to resolve the issue but they will not refund the double charge, and they are now ignoring me. Listen, if you are not someone willing to raise your voice on a call or get angry with someone you should really just stay away.

He called to tell me he would be late to our 9:30…. and then never came at all. The Deep Cleaners team rescheduled my appointment which was nearly two hours late. When this individual left the cleaning, there were multiple dusty surfaces, grime left on floors in multiple rooms, dirty windows in multiple rooms, dirty window sills, crumbs left on the floor, grime on the kitchen counter, dirty fridge (inside and out), dirty sink, no vacuuming done in the bedroom, linens left unwashed… this reasons that I am dissatisfied goes on and on. When I called customer service to ask to have someone come actually clean my home, I was scheduled for 10 AM on Friday. It's now noon… and no one is here.

I was charged $899 even though they never came to my home. It has been two weeks and, despite numerous requests, I have not received a refund, or any communication. I threatened legal action a few hours ago, but have heard nothing. BEWARE!!!!

Now, the kitchen and showers are spotless and we couldn't be happier. Stellar Home Services is by far the best cleaning service we have ever used.

Even one of the cleaners said she wished her home was this clean.
I've already suggested Stellar to a neighbor at my new apartment complex & thinking of scheduling a cleaning now & then for the new home. I am very impressed with this company and have no problem suggesting them to anyone looking for a great cleaning experience.

This is the first time I’ve hired a cleaning service and I’m very impressed. They managed to clean things I didn’t think could be cleaned. We have two dogs who shed excessively and dark hard wood floors with white trim that shows every bit of dirt. The floors are gleaming and there’s not a hair in sight (for now). We’ll definitely be using them on a regular basis for maintenance cleans…it’s worth every penny. Thanks, Susannah and team for the beautiful work. 10/10 would recommend.

The cleaning staff was friendly and did an outstanding job with our move out cleaning checklist. The kitchen and bathroom were well overdue for deep cleaning, and they left all areas sparkling. On top of all of that, the price was right! We highly recommend!

We refused to unload moving boxes into the kitchen due to the heavy buildup of grease EVERYWHERE, especially the oven. The showers were scummy at best. Now, the kitchen and showers are spotless and we couldn't be happier. Stellar Home Services is by far the best cleaning service we have ever used.

The office staff is very responsive and the two women who cleaned my home, Sofia and Virginia, were friendly and cleaned thoroughly. They were very efficient as well, which keeps the cost down as MaidPro charges by time. I signed up to have them come on a regular basis now because I was very impressed. The only drawback is that both times I've used the service the quote from the sales team is lower than the actual charge (actual charge fair based on the hours spent in the home, though).

I had Maria, Victor, and Misael as my cleaning crew, and I loved them. They were very thorough, and quick. My house looks and smells great. They were also very friendly and asked me what I specifically wanted done and how I wanted it. I requested them to be my full time maid team. Definitely would recommend this company!
