They clean my house like I would clean my house. It is so wonderful. I work all week (from home) and to not have to worry about cleaning my house on weekends is such a huge help and relief. The Cleaning Authority makes at least that part of my life worry free! Carla and Team 19 are the best! They are friendly, professional and excellent at what they do – I am very appreciative of their hard work.
Sherri Stilkey rated it 1/5: Just wanted to share a word of caution with you about using The Cleaning Authority to clean your home. A team came to my home on Saturday and was specifically instructed to clean for 3 hours. They pushed for 4 upon arrival and I pushed back for 3. This was a normal cleaning (vacuum, dust, mop, clean showers, etc.) and the house was 100% picked up prior to their arrival. No dishes, no laundry, nothing. They charged me for 4 hrs 45 min totaling $400, for a 1700ish sq ft home. This is MORE THAN DOUBLE what I have paid with them in the past for the same exact cleaning in the same exact home. When I called about a partial refund as I did not authorize that length of time (nor did the condition of the home warrant that much), I was told that there’s nothing they could do and they can charge and stay however long they want, even if you specify not to. EVEN IF you don’t authorize it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not only that, but they left things totally unorganized (baskets on top of and blocking the cat box, clocks taken down off the wall, rugs overturned and put back in wrong places, bins not put away as they were before). The owner of the company refused a partial refund and said there’s nothing they can do. That their team told them the home was really dirty, justifying the cost and that they believe their employees over the customer. 😳 I told them I’d be leaving this review along with never using their service again and they said “Do what you need to do.” There was 0 effort to make the situation right and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would definitely use Molly Maids again. Amazing.

I am a pretty clean guy and can make my place look clean but I know when it doesn't feel clean. That probably only makes sense to me but I really appreciate Rhino and their team. They are always on time and do a great job.
They don't leave cards behind to let you know what team you had but whoever I had last time did an amazing job. Like I said earlier, every team does a great job but the last team was OUTSTANDING. I had been out of town and when I came back to my place, my dad happened to be with me as he had a layover and needed to kill time. He kept saying how impressed he was with how good my place looked and felt. I couldn't take credit and told him it was all the Rhino team. He asked me the price and said, "Dang, that's pretty good!"

Today they were cleaning the island in my kitchen and this happened. I cannot get on the phone with anyone at all that will help me and they keep telling me the manger will call me when he can.. when he can?? My whole island of my kittens is destroyed and the woman on the phone said "I know during a cleaning things can break" yea maybe u drop something and it breaks not my entire cabinets coming off. I literally cooked last night used the island this morning got silverware out of the island everything was fine! I'm not sure of what kind of cleaning could unhinge the whole set of cabinets but this is so unacceptable not one person is calling to help or helping me remedy this. They sent me the text immediately but when I try and call for help it's crickets! Also the woman on the phone hung up on me as I was asking to speak to a manager. I hope this reaches the right people. I am so livid right now. Livid! This is also how they left my house pictures below. They didn't even take the garbage with them! Floors not mopped. It's been over 45 min and not even one call back! And the ladies left my house right after this happened. Never use this service! Another update no one is planning on calling my husband had to call and they said we can email them! The woman on the phone Also LIED and said that we yelled at the cleaning woman and that's y they left! Unfortunately I have ring cameras in my home and it is very clearly on camera that they were cleaning after the incident and didn't leave until they were called and told to leave. The better business bureau will be contacted. Don't recommend using this cleaning service if anything goes wrong you are completely on your own! And they LIED about what took place. I did raise my voice to the woman on the phone but never ever once to the woman in my home.
Eileen Guilbeault rated it 1/5: We started using Rhino's Maid Service in 2022 and had agreed to a bi-monthly cleaning at $155 each time they came. On July 7, 2022, we had our regular cleaning service and then received a call that had, in error, charged my card for $1555.00. The manager told me they knew the error and would correct it immediately. When the refund was never made, I called several times. The manager at times was unavailable and when he was available gave me conflicting information. 1. Their billing system wouldn't allow them to make a refund 2. They'd leave a check for me at their office. Which the next day, he said they couldn't do. 3. The manager told me to dispute the charge with my bank. Which I did. The bank said when they contacted Rhino's Maid Service with my complaint, Rhino's said the charge was accurate, so my bank would not refund the amount. This seems like a ploy to not have to refund me. I went to their office on West Sahara, which is closed. I have contacted their office on multiple occasions to speak to the manager, who is never available, doesn't return phone calls, and has consistently lied to me about getting this resolved. I have asked to speak to the owner but no one will relay a message or give me contact info. I now have no idea how to get back the $1400 owed to me by Rhino's Maid Service.

Erica Andrade rated it 2/5: I got a new ac system installed in my home. The ac company Balanced Comfort offered to have my home cleaned after the install was completed. I clean my home once a week so not much to clean but dust. I never hire cleaning services because I always find my self re-cleaning my home. The service that was paid for is called “routine cleaning”. I was satisfied with everything except a few window sills we’re missed, only one side of the blinds were dusted, my kitchen appliances were not wiped down only the microwave and stove although the stove had that smudge dirty look, hard wood floors were mopped but still dirty.

After I complain, they rectify the issue on the next month. This is by far not the first time. I let it side on two separate occasions; however, this third time I paid an extra $70 for the refrigerator and stove only to come home to a completely unclean refrigerator and stove. I took numerous pictures, and called the next morning. The rude gentleman on the phone tells me I will not be getting a refund, and the services were completed. I asked if he wanted to see the pictures because clearly the refrigerator and stove were not cleaned, and he didn't reply. I sent over the pictures via text message, and have not received a response. This is completely unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. I want a complete refund. The services are shabby. They consistently arrive late, don't complete paid services, yet charge the card prior to leaving the property. The lady is more interested in playing with the dogs then doing the job I paid for.

House cleaner arrived, spent 3 hours in my (>1700 sq foot) home dusting with a swifter and vacuumed one room. During the vacuum she managed to unravel the carpet- about three inches in the center of the room. She completely disregarded the check list Always Ready provided for their guaranteed- general cleaning of the house including appliances, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom ect.
Called and talked with Jose to come up with a solution. To make up for the sub-par clean they offered another house cleaner to come 24 hours later to fix- not acceptable due to timing on my part. For the carpet Jose said he would be in contact with the the following day. I HAD TO CALL HIM MULTIPE TIMES, he did answer the phone (the least he could do), no real time set, just "I will text you 20 minutes before I get there". He came out at 4:50. He said he knew a guy who could fix it- I got quotes from licensed carpet repair companies already. The other companies could be schedule within the next few days, Jose had no timeline with when the repairs could take place. Reiterating that if it would repaired by a company who fit the timeline, he would not reimburse me.

For all this trouble he also offered me a free hour if I wanted to pay for a two hour supervisor cleaning… no thank you.
Trish Euler rated it 1/5: I used this service for a year and a half. Several of the ladies I had were super and did a wonderful job. However, they can’t seem to keep people. My latest experience yesterday and today was horrible. They called on Friday of last week and said my regular girl couldn’t make my normal day which was today Thursday, and could she please come on Wed between 9-9:30. I said I could accommodate that. No one was here at 9:50, so I called the office. No answer. A new girl shows up at my door at 10:20, apologizes for being late, but didn’t even have a mop with her to do my floors, which are all laminate and tile, so she couldn’t clean. My floors are top priority. I don’t have a mop because I need a new mop head. She said she would come back and clean at 8:00 this morning and never showed up. No one in the office answered the phone yesterday, and she said they don’t answer when the maids call either.
I found a new service, and they did a great job and were able to come within an hour and a half. I am not hard to please, try my best to be accommodating and understanding, but they are terrible with customer service, punctuality and keeping good people.

I called to get a move out cleaning for a 1bed apt. The booking person took down specific entry instructions and confirmed that it usually takes up to 2 hours and the people call if its more than that.
Day of cleaning im getting texts from cleaners which make me realize they didnt get my instructions. Then i get a text that it will be 3 hours to clean. 3 hours. For a 1 bed apt where the cleaning is primarily the bath and kitchen since the rest is entirely empty. And they didnt call to confirm 3 hours, they got to work. As soon as i see the quote i get on the phone with cleaners and say that 3 hours is too much and i want to cancel. They ask me what i think is appropriate. I say that all i have is 300 max including everything. They agree. My partner calls to ask what time to do the final walk through, they quote him an hour. 1 hour. Magically in 10 minutes we went from 3 hours to 1. Turns out there were 3 of them there too. Im only leaving 3 stars for the job itself. I would not use the service again because i feel like ive been scammed and pushed to overpay for services rendered.

Getting an accurate quote was easy and quick. I sent them an email specifying which rooms were lived in most, and so needed the most attention, and which rooms just needed some general care. They went above and beyond. Because of the renovation work a lot of items were a bit out of place ( I have not had a chance to move a lot back to where it once was). Maids2Nv went out of their way to tidy EVERYTHING! We had a mass of cables and things in our computer room and they managed to clean them all and organize the eyesorer of a space!

I came home to a clean, yummy smelling home (not chemical smelling at all). We have a few cats and it seems that they were worked around very well. My husband is on night shift this month and so was asleep in the Master until 330pm, and he was able to sleep like a baby.

Extremely efficient, honest, hard working, and attentive business. I'll probably sign up for monthly services!
