I’m very disappointed in this company as I would have paid extra to get those matters resolved since it wasn’t in the “total package” but they just left. Now I am moving out with subpar cleaning

Only interior of windows was cleaned, item damaged in master bathroom and was discarded. Tried to contact them, no response. Have surveillance cameras in the entire house and outside as well.

This company will charge you for cleaning services and will not clean your home. They will only dust the front of your furniture as well as only cleaning your shower glass and not your shower. I have a very new home that requires not much cleaning and yet they were still unable to complete proper cleaning of our home. Maid experts will also charge your credit card without your authorization and if you complain they will charge you again and again. Also they will not send anyone out to re-clean unless you pay again for your home not being clean right the first time. STAY AWAY FROM THE CLEANING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Maid Experts said they tried to resolve the matter but did not resolve it and left me with expensive damages. They also stopped communicating with me and refused to pay for the damage in my home.

Gabriela and her assistant were present on the scheduled time. They did a great job and never wasted any time. Within an hour and a half my place was as clean as it was when I newly moved in. I did a thorough inspection of their work and it was flawless. The price they charged was very reasonable, given the quality of service they provided.
I consider calling them up again when I would need housekeeping in near future.
