Needless to say the house had not been my first priority and I wanted to get it deep cleaned before he came home. I found them online and chose them based to their positive reviews. I was able to schedule them to come and do an estimate and they were able to schedule the cleaning for the following day. My husband made it home before I could schedule them but they were very polite and conscientious about having to clean around my husband, a hospital bed and a wheelchair that didn’t normally exist in our living room. I also did all of this by phone because I was trying to manage work, caring for my husband, etc. my sister in law was there for the estimate and she also commented on Brian’s professionalism and that she felt comfortable with him. The ladies who came the next day were fantastic and the it was so very nice to come home to a really clean house. I would recommend them to to anyone.

Stephanie worked hard throughout the entire house to clean my place up and down. Much to my pleasant surprise she even organized areas that I didn’t go over with her in detail (as you can tell organization isn’t exactly my best trait). The entire house looks amazing, she got through every nook in the home and didn’t mind the fact that my large Labrador retriever was in the home! Overall I would say that this cleaning exceeded my expectations and I’ll be recommending them in the future

The service we received was basic cleaning level. Not terrible, but definitely not detailed as advertised. We found remaining gunk around water faucets/knobs in kitchen and bath that we were able to easily clear with a wet paper towel. That should not have been there after a detailed cleaning. Also, the extra add on of a hard clean of floors was either not performed at all, or they consider a quick sweep of a swifter mop to be a hard cleaning. We ended up having to hire another company to perform our floor cleaning. We were not reimbursed for the service that was paid for but not received. This left us disappointed and not willing to return to this company for reoccurring bi-weekly services.

She not only left the trash bag that was full, she added more trash to it. She used my vacuum and left that full, too. She half changed my bed and left the dirty comforter on. Out of the 48 cleaning points the website promised, she performed 12.
I reached out less than 24 hours after and didn’t get a response until I bumped my email. During the second phone call, I was gas lit and yelled at, she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong.

The owner of the company doesn’t care that his employees are giving such sub par cleans and even worse, that they aren’t following up with unhappy customers appropriately. You’re better off flushing your money down the toilet

We have found them to be courteous, responsive, flexible, thorough, and, in general, very professional. The initial deep cleaning was performed by a team, but our regular cleaner is Angie, who's game and affable no matter the state of the house when she arrives. We have dogs and our floors are very hard to keep clean as a result of their hair, dander, and the dirt they track in on their feet from the yard. Each visit, Angie gives our floors a full sweeping, mopping, and leaves them in beautiful shape. We also appreciate how she asks each time she cleans if anything special or specific is needed on a particular visit. She also makes sure to check with both my wife and me to ensure nothing gets missed.
We also did a fair amount of research as to cost before hiring a maid service as we had to be conscious of how the recurring service would effect our monthly expenses. We found City Maids to be quite reasonably priced, comparatively speaking. Finally, I would say that everyone we've dealt with at the company has been always pleasant and accommodating (Peach is an absolute peach!). City Maids is a company that lets us know they're grateful to have us as customers and seems keen to hear from us how they can improve upon the service they provide us.

Danielle and Myra worked as a team to clean every baseboard, ceiling fan, high dusted, sanitized and put everything back together in a lovely way. They arranged the pillows and bedding and couch the way I would have. They were quick and efficient and worked hard the entire time. They suggested things like washing the shower curtains to freshen things up even tho I didn’t have it on the list. They walked me through every thing they did room by room. I was so appreciative of their professionalism and thoroughness. I have signed up for regular cleaning with City Maids after this successful experience.
Peach was also great from the first point of contact. She answered my call at the very end of the day during a holiday season and got me a cleaning appt the very next Monday. All in all a great experience!

We were in the process of moving to a new place and wanted to get it cleaned before moving due to COVID and it needing some TLC. We called and they fit us in the next day! Two people cleaned for around 4 hours and did a phenomenal job, with NO electricity. We were told by the landlord it would be on by this day and hadn't realized it wasn't due to being in-between places. It would have been understandable if they cancelled, however they still did the best job despite that and the summer heat, with no extra charge. You cannot beat that. Affordable, dependable, and detailed cleaning. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and will use them in the future for any cleaning needs.

Even after COVID, her crew has diligently made sure that they were protecting me as well as themselves all while always leaving my house immaculate. The transformation of before and after the cleaning is so impressive. We have used this service in many capacities first when we were moving from a home and needed a perfect scrubbing to show the home to sell. Second We have had regular scheduled cleanings where the home feels impeccable after cleaning . Also , when we moved into our latest home during the height of the COVID pandemic , the deep cleaning transformed the house to a sparking welcoming space and it was sanitized which was very important to us. Initially I wanted one good, deep cleaning and as the cleaning day progressed I decided that if she had time I would have her come on a regular basis which she did. Dulcie is the most thorough and detailed cleaner I have ever seen. She is kind and has high expectations for her own work which makes the Tuesdays she comes my favorite day of the week! I can’t recommend her highly enough.
