The office team makes scheduling easy, and send text messages for updates. I love that you can text back. This time I had to reschedule our normal Monday for Wednesday and it was no problem, just a quick text exchange. This morning, Julia and Maritza text that they were on the way, showed up exactly on schedule, and did an excellent jobs; as always. They are an excellent team, and each tackles a job: kitchen, bathrooms, etc. and I love the way the house always smells when they are done. For these reasons and more, I would definitely recommend this company.

Here's why. I specifically told them before I left my house to leave the door open because I have a parrot inside the house and I know what the chemicals can do to a bird. I come home and my parrot was dead. Not to mention, the cleaning was HORRIBLE. They offered me a discount on one hour ….. I had paid for 7 1/2 hours plus add ons for a deep clean in the cabinets, oven ..etc ; They didn't even wash the dishes.. LOL please see the way they cleaned my cabinets it's hilarious. I will show you the cleaning that they did along with my dead parrot. ON top of that the manager calls me and tells me that I am just as negligent. She also told me that they couldn't "reach" under the beds and that's why they couldn't clean and that she's "sorry" about the bad service. I paid for laundry and they didn't come prepared. The cleaning lady stated that she didn't even know they were doing laundry. The company calls me and stated " Well .. we usually don't thats why" . BUT THEY QUOTED me with no problem when I asked. She apologized for that. The manager stated that "the liability" states we have to have all surfaces prepped." they are not responsible for any surfaces we did not leave prepared and that's why my bird is dead. LMAO Mind you guys that we are talking about an animal on a cage and not a table. They didn't even bother to wash the dishes and or clean/organize when i asked and stated 71/2 hours was not enough. As soon as I hung up they withdrew my card $233.00. For the pictures I will show you. They are rude, unprofessional. unempathetic, and inhumane. ON TOP of charging me for a horrible job (Didn't give me a discount) My parrot that ranges about 1,000 is DEAD. Please do not waist your money. These people only care about the money and did a HORRIBLE JOB. I'M NOT ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS. I will be contacting a lawyer, the BBB and anyone else I can . "Your house is well maintained" she said "we will send 3 maids and have it done in 3 hours and 25 minutes" she bragged. Hearing her say they would be sending 3 maids made the time frame seem feasible and that I was getting a great deal. It wasn't until I opened the door to see only 2 maids standing in front of me that I realized i had been scammed. Since they charge an hourly rate rather than a fixed rate, I would have to pay upwards of 700$ to have my home truly deep cleaned. In the end, all they really manged to clean thoroughly was my expectations and trust in their services. All I expected was what was promised, and they failed to keep their promise. I shared this experience with a manager, Elizabeth, but our discussion left something to be desired and I remained dissatisfied! I had planned to be a returning customer, but it is safe to say that is out of the window.

The dispatch took my information and set an appointment for the following morning. For a 4 hour cleaning they were about a $100 cheaper ($200 compared to $300), did a better cleaning job, and covered more rooms than the other service in the time slot. Would absolutely use again!

My lesson from this experience would be to call and talk to someone before a cleaning if you aren’t sure what level is needed. It could have saved some frustration. Based on my conversation today, I think this company truly cares about their customer and about their quality of service. Reached out to the company to follow up, but no reply so I figured a review might get acknowledged. I requested a spring clean. Knowing more than a basic clean was needed, with plans of a final move out clean once furniture was moved. The cleaner was 30 min late. Surprised to only see one person for a spring cleaning since that is typically a little more than a basic clean. We left to stay out of the way. I was contacted within 30 min and asked for my wifi password, which was a very strange request. I was then told the home needed more than spring cleaning. We agreed to deep cleaning, which then turned into 3+ hours on top of the deep clean estimate. We went from $225 to $490. We came home almost 4 hours later and the only room clean was the tiny kitchen (which we had pre cleaned). She was working in the dining room, which needed floors and dusting. In the 4 hours we had been gone, less than 500 sq ft had been touched, I would guess 250-300 sq ft. We found many areas of the home that in fact has not been deep cleaned and I’m fairly certain the 3+ hours extra needed was spent surfing the internet. Very disappointed with the final outcome. The bathrooms, which were the reason the deep clean was needed, were definitely cleaned. But the rest of the house left a lot to be desired. We had the house emptied today, and the realtor was astounded with the condition of the home after telling her we had a deep clean PLUS 3 hours. She has another company we can hire to do the final clean. After having my own home cleaned for years, I’ve never experienced anything quite like this.

Started 12:50, finished around 7:40pm, the guy joined around 1:30pm. When I walk into the house to check, the floor has many dirty spots, dirts with hair, black spots. Kitchen cabinets' surface was not wiped at all, all the switch covers were dirty. I text her when she still loading, she came back wipe the floor again when I clean some spots and wipe the switch covers myself. After I pointed out the cabin surface, she wiped the surface.After they left, I found out the breakfast bar and Ranger surface in kitchen was untouched….unbelievable…the shelf in kitchen was full of dust, there are only three tiny corner shelves. They only have 2 people, it took so long, and I was stuck there. Usually house like this will be done in 2-3 hours with 4 people. This is definitely not deep clean, not even general clean. trash in corner place everywhere, I had to say I was very disappointed, don't know where those 5 star review comes from. great job for the bathroom glass door and mirror, the guy actually did better job than the lady, the Master bathroom deserve 5 star, but the kitchen and living room is 1 star. This is not worth $495 deep clean, I would never use this company again!

R S rated it 2/5: One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Booked their services to clean our house before moving in. The house was freshly painted, baseboards were replaced, and new flooring was installed. No furniture was there because we hadn't moved in yet. That basically only left the windows, ceiling fans, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms to clean. When Dee arrived, she did a walk through and quoted 6 hours of work. She ended up spending 9 hours cleaning and had only gotten 3 bedrooms and one bathroom done that day. She offered to come back the next morning to finish. We reluctantly agreed because we were scheduled to move in the day after and there was no way we would be able to find someone else to finish the job in time. She spent another 9 hours!! the next day and only worked on the kitchen. I have no idea what she was doing with a total of 18 hours cleaning an empty house and hadn't even finished half the house, so we ended up having to move into a dirty house. I called the owner of the company to address my experience and his response was "I can't fault my employee for being thorough." Yes… Yes, you can, when I was quoted 6 hours to clean the whole house and after 18 hours the job isn't even half done. Even if it's more work than she initially saw, she should have just gotten the whole house done on a surface level and then gone back for more details if there was time left over. I feel like I was taken for a sucker for trusting someone to clean our house without watching exactly what they were doing the whole time. At the rate she was going, it would have taken a week for her to finish. The only reason I gave one star back is that the owner didn't charge us the full amount for the second day. No apology for our experience, disappointing us, not getting the job done on time, no offer to send someone else to finish the job properly, nothing. He wouldn't even admit she had done anything wrong. Then he tries to get me to book the same person to come back to do our regularly cleanings after I just expressed how frustrated I am with the work costing more than twice as much and not even being completed. Are you joking? Unbelievable. Don't bother hiring them unless you're prepared to watch them the whole time to be sure 6 hours doesn't turn into a week.

I spoke to Will about our needs and he very quickly and professionally got us all set up for recurring cleaning of our home. The cleaners showed up promptly along with all their cleaning gear and supplies. They methodically went through every room and cleaned every inch. We have mostly vinyl plank floors and they wet mopped it all with fresh clean water and cleaner in each room. The whole house was clean and fresh smelling when they finished. I plan to continue having them clean my house and highly recommend them.

They made the appointment within a day of getting in touch with me, they arrived at an earlier time then I was told and they are cleaning wizards. The condo was a mess when they arrived and when they left it was spotless. I wish I had taken pictures of the place before they cleaned it. It took them 3 hours to clean so you can imagine the condition the condo was in. If I ever need a cleaning service again, I will call Will Cleaning.
