I called Groovy Maids to ask where their employee had gone, and they said they would contact her. She claimed that the house was cleaned, but I promise it was not.

I am posting a picture of my bathroom tub for reference.

They ended up charging my card and the management will not call me back. It is hit or miss, but be prepared to be charged either way.

They sent over a young girl named Bethany, she showed up on time, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She made me immediately feel comfortable with her in my home.
She cleaned and disinfected our bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Very thorough- she got my stove cleaner than I've ever seen it.

After spending half an hour on the phone and exchanging the information, I set that up and even shared my card number. They said they would come for cleaning on October 11th. However, they did not show up. They did not even care to call in advance and cancel the service. I called customer service to check on this, but they did not even return my phone call. Do yourself a favor and find another cleaning service, or you will regret wasting your time with MaidPro.

We thought we'd spring for move-out cleaning for once, but ended up having to spend a few hours cleaning before handing over our keys. Very frustrating for having spent over $350 on professional cleaners. The baseboards were hardly cleaned (picture 1 was from my wife wiping them off) and the kitchen floor was still dirty (picture two shows two tiles – one scrubbed with just water and a paper towel). They also didn't clean the inside of the cabinets – apparently I needed to specifically state this even though it's a move out clean – which I find odd since this is the first thing you check when moving into a new place to see if it was cleaned at all.

Her attention to detail was outstanding; I honestly don't think the house was anywhere near as clean when we moved in! Even the stone around the fireplace was polished!! Above all, Sherry was highly professional, courteous and extremely friendly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this business, they are absolutely wonderful.

They were friendly, professional, on time, and reliable. They send reminders the day before your cleaning. You definitely get what you pay for with this company I had several cleaning companies and while they might’ve appeared to be very affordable they were nothing like Pittsburgh Pristine Cleaning! Sherry and her team was amazing. This is my second review and I have scheduled them for every two weeks and can’t wait until they come back! I definitely recommend this company

The price was quoted over the phone and on the day of the cleaning they were punctual, friendly, and hard working. Our house looks so good I feel bad walking around in it. This was the first time I have used a cleaning service and they far surpassed my expectations, even though they had come highly recommended. With two cats and a toddler, our house had many cleaning challenges. But after the initial cleaning, our house has never been cleaner. The crew's attention to detail was spectacular and their care with our belongings did not go unnoticed. Everything was spotless and areas I thought were lost hopes no longer are. In addition, the crew took precautions with footies, gloves, and face masks, and communication with the office has been responsive and easy. We are thrilled to be setting up a monthly cleaning schedule with them. Thank you and I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff member took photos to show me how much clean it looked in the areas well above my sight line. Our bathroom has never been cleaner and the house smelled amazing. With two kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats that is quite an accomplishment!
Susan Pentheny rated it 1/5: Be prepared to get the translation app on your phone. Most of the cleaners don’t speak English. Only Spanish or Portuguese. That was not a problem for us because the team was wonderful. Did a remarkable job. In the past month, however, 2 teams were scheduled for our house at the same time. Tried to reach Ashley, the owner, via phone, text, and email.
No response !! 2 weeks later, same scenario. 2 teams showed up !!
Again, tried to reach Ashley or her husband , Mauricio. Same deal – no response
Now, called Ashley’s cell phone, got a “scheduler” in Alabama who told me that my account was archived and nothing was scheduled. ( Expected them tomorrow)
This is clearly a very shady company. I have no idea what illegal activity they are involved in but I intend to steer clear of this company
