They were able to book an appointment for me quickly, and kept in touch from booking through to the final payment. After the cleaners left, I stopped by to take some photos for the owner and I was impressed with how thorough the clean was. The ovens looked brand new, and the dishes under the stove burners were super clean. They also did a great job on the tile flooring. They really went above and beyond my expectations. If you need a cleaning for move-in or move-out, I highly recommend these folks.

All my questions were answered (I asked A LOT) and communication was prompt with the contract for monthly cleaning. I just had my first clean and I’m overall really happy with the service – there was one spot on the kitchen floor that was missed but they were meticulous with wiping down the cabinets that have never been done and straightening things all around the house. They used cloth booties on their shoes and were careful with the items I told them were delicate.

The first clean for staff were sent for a first-time deep clean. Then and now I’m so happy to have my whole house clean all at the same time. The lead person that day and every clean since was and remains Isabella. She is pleasant, communicates well with her co-workers, and is a hard-worker. Isabella gets five stars in my book. Rowan has become the person who works regularly here with Isabella. Rowan is eager for feedback, conscientious, and very sweet, and it’s great to see that the girls work well together. Why not a five star review for MaidPro? I think when you start with a new service like this there can be hiccups at the start, a getting to know each other period for is and for them. I haven’t left a five star review for them yet, but I happily continue to use them and isn’t that the true test?

I went on google and called every cleaning service in Reno. Everyone was sold out. I came around Lilly’s and she came out the next day to view my home, gave me an estimate (which was cheaper than the competition) and booked me with less then a two week notice. The day of, she came early, on time and with a team of four! They deep cleaned my entire house from the baseboards to the oven! The carpet was done so well as well as the tile. I highly recommend this company! I was in a stressful situation and she fixed it better than I could have imagined!

They wiped surfaces, washed dishes, vaccumed rugs and more. There were a few details missed, but for the short timeline and the price point, I think it was a good and reasonable service. Would recommend.

P.S. If you want something cleaned make it accessible for them. Don't expect to drop it off still wrapped in dusty plastic and have them open it all up and clean it. For example if we had emptied our fridge of food, they would cleaned that too. Call to check with them about their services.

They didn’t wipe down any counter tops, dressers, tables etc they didn’t vacuum the floors or mop. We had owner come out and he was even embarrassed. He offered to clean and we came home to the bed barely made. Dust still present and trash that want ours.

I complained and the owner came out, agreed it was not clean at all and cleaned a few more of the items on the list but the reality of it is the majority of the list was STILL not completed and he didn’t put in a lot of effort. One of the girls actually said she was done cleaning and was not going to fix the floors she supposedly did twice, stormed out of my house while taking her shirt off in my drive way to smoke a cigarette in the car out front of my house. I recently hired another cleaning company that was CHEAPER and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, it really opened my eyes on how poorly of a job they did with no real effort put into fixing the situation.

Wow!!! Just wow. I’m blown away with the job that was done this morning. My husband are busy business owners and parents, and let’s be honest…I am NOT a good house keeper. We’ve been having our house cleaned from a couple different folks for the past 3 years. Tri Maids blew everyone else out of the water with their service yesterday and today. I found them using Google, Yelp and Facebook search options. I like to do a thorough search due to past bad experiences. I called their office first thing yesterday morning and Michelle (I THINK she owns the business) got me on the schedule for TODAY! I explained my wants and the need for ongoing service to Michelle and she explained she could get me on a schedule for monthly service. Very cool! My cleaning was scheduled for today at 8:30. At 8:15 I received a call from my “team” saying they’d see me in 10 minutes. They were true to their word and worked their tails off solidly for 2 hours and I met them to pay at our SUPER clean home! When they showed up there was a goody bag they had for me that included a schedule highlighting my future services for the entire year!!In all of the years I’ve had satisfactory service, I realize you get what you pay for. I’m still shocked at what this team did in 2 hours. Details! Details! Details! All windows and panes are sparkling clean. Mirrors are streak free, beds are professionally made,carpets and couches are spotless and our daughters room is perfect. They even organized her toys and stuffed animals. Thank you Tri Maids, I look forward to telling EVERYONE about you!

After the teams first clean it is such a pleasure to come home to a clean house and not have to worry about checking anything because, they leave everything spotless, the team does such a great job cleaning.

Today was my last cleaning, I've canceled future cleans. My kitchen mats have not been wiped once, my shower door has a lip that had not been cleaned once, my rugs get missed with the vacuum, the spot behind my kitchen sink has not been cleaned once. These are all pretty obvious things a cleaning company should be getting, ESPECIALLY since I leave out notes for them to clean these areas because they miss them after each and every cleaning. I definitely DO NOT recommend. I hate to come home from work and have to re-clean my home after being charged a full amount.

The management team is struggling to maintain a schedule that they themselves cannot guarantee. Never having a solution for any issues caused by their company and overall they are just bad people. I would not recommend this service to another and would advise them to seek out other cleaning services.

Adrienne Rivera rated it 5/5: Best housekeeping in Reno because not only do they deep clean the house, but they also organize!! My house feels like a new home. They come in a team of 3 cleaning ladies because 6 eyes is better than 2.
I will be using them again. They are very tedious and they were able to clean parts of our house that I wasn't able to clean. And they use all natural cleaning products and don't use any harsh chemicals.

They never miss the baseboards , even behind furniture, or the sliding glass door grooves. They don’t dust around things, they actually move them! Maria always sends me reminders when she’s scheduled to clean which I really appreciate. Her crew of 3 do a white tornado through my house in 2 hours. Love her service, responsiveness and trustworthiness.

Thorough – My floors are spotless and they even did the dishes (which I HATE doing) and thoughtful – made cute little folds in the toilet paper roll and paper towel roll. Adorable!

Removing one star simply because the cleaners don’t always show up at the same time depending on how detailed the service before me was. But when they are here they work fast and efficiently.

I have always received my tips and even had Theresa inform me of tips paid by credit card in advance. They were instructed to just "wipe down" my bathrooms. This meant that they were not cleaned at all. I was charged $119.00 for 1:10 minutes work! I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!
